Church's Texas Chicken

The music was so loud, I got a headache. They did turn it down, once I complained. But kinda too late at that point. Probably won't be returning. I gave two stars for food, because I lost my appetite. Might have been good. Who knows?

The fact that this fast-food joint locks the washroom and the audacity of the workers there refused to open the door so I can wash my hands before and after I eat says alot Who do I report this to I am reporting this to the higher authorities tomorrow Monday 9th December 2024 Enough is enough Why should I enter your establishment to eat and I can't wash my hands

I had a Mexicana here. When I got home I found the coating was dry, the chicken undercooked and the bun was semi frozen. I brought it back and got a refund as I didn’t want to risk getting a replacement and food poisoning. To top off my son had ordered the chicken tenders and a couple of hours later he got started feeling unwell. I had eaten here a few times before but I will not be visiting again.

Place just open. 2nd times tried their chicken sandwich. I like the fact that they had to make the chicken sandwich after I made the order. The sandwich was hot and juicy. Church's chicken sandwich is larger than Popeyes. Onion rings were hot and crispy. The service was excellent. It was a slow night around 9ish. They gave me biscuit for the wait. Honestly, chicken sandwich was too good. No drive thru.

I should have looked at the reviews before coming here. Paid $9.59 for 3 piece tenders and literally I didn’t even know until I got home that there’s literally just skin and breading. It’s like 5% chicken and 95% air. On all three tenders😭 I wasn’t given the receipt so I can’t even create a ticket. I have proof on my Apple Pay about the time, amount I paid, and location where I went though. Very disappointed. If you turn all the chicken sideways, they all look like this. Literally breaded skin. For $9.59 💀 The cashier was nice however. Update: The owner got back to me the same day and offered me a replacement 3 piece tenders. He was very nice. I came back to the store the next day, Aug. 16th and the same nice cashier was there. The manager made sure the tenders were good too. Thank you all.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE: Updated If you want them to give you a frozen store bought chicken patty that is not in the menu at all, then go here. The manager and his minions are trying to scam everyone here. THAT IS NOT A TEXAS SUPREME !!! They are NOT using Church's chicken ingredients and fresh french fries. DISGUSTING! Update: I would like to thank Robin Singh (Regional Manager) for helping me with my order and explaining the mishap that occurred. She even offered a free texas supreme meal. Thanks a bunch

Ive been eating popyes since ive moved to canada but today someone recommended me church’s chicken and ive tried it and honestly saying it is far far far better then them their chicken is so juicy and flavourful from inside too and the best thing i will be recommending to anybody is jalapeño popers . ❤️

So happy this place opened up near me. It has become my go to fast food restaurant! Food is amazing, fairly priced. Chicken is tender. Love them! Mostly clean, their washrooms could use cleaning more often.
