Found a moldy piece of plastic in my mash potato! Will never be buying from here again.. you guys need to practice better cleanliness for your establishment this is unacceptable! Imagine eating mash potato to find a hard piece of moldy plastic in it. Avoid ordering from here

Food is good I've been a client of this location since I came this neighborhood and they are usually nice and also girls working there are beautiful actually. Went through a bad experience last night when the cashier guy didn't pay attention when I paid to him and we had a little discussion over 5 bucks I just want to say if u are reading this boy I don't need to steal from you guys I was buying there every day if I wanted to steal I would be asking for more than five bucks is really disrespectful also be switching to other lenguages in that way in front of a customer the guy was actually upset speaking his lenguage and I don't have anything against other cultures or lenguages myself I'm native and I understand having other different first lenguage but I don't know in that situation that made me feel uncomfortable.

Every time I go and buy chicken I waited for 10 minutes because they are out of cooked chicken. Even fries and gravy. Today when I went in I saw a piece of honey biscuit on top of the counter and the worker picked it up and put it back to the tray. When I asked her she said it’s fine because they sanitized the counter an hour ago. Apparently after talking with her co-worker she approached me and asked if I can remember which one she toasted back. Then that’s the time she throw it out. The food is good but the service is terrible. She said sorry but they should know better because they are dealing with food.

I have order 4 piece spicy chicken combo on uber eats. I got only 3 piece or also didn't get biscuit which was included in combo. but I choosed spicy I got Texas hot. Totally waste of money. Not so tasty

the location is a bit sketchy but the staffs are amazing!! my go to is 2pc chicken combo but on a good day, they sometimes will give me 3pc. i love coming back here

Have take out from this shop and the fried chicken was a big let down. Not only were the drum sticks on the smaller side, all 4 pieces of mixed were all over cooked and dry. (Thigh and legs) The biscuits were acceptable so was the mashed and coleslaw. Will definitely not be going back to this particular shop as KFC would have been the better choice.

We ordered 2 ribs and 2 legs, chicken was very bad as it was so dry we were not able to chew it even a single piece the manager has packed the chicken i also work at church’s and i know about the food we bought at about 12:20 and the chicken was so so so old even the manager should have taken some care when he was packing that. It was so hard to eat. Even the cashier knew that we are their daily customers still theu gave us stale chicken.

I would have given this zero stars if I could. I ordered 10 pieces of mixed chicken they gave me 8 legs!!! Plus 2 measly thighs. Money burnt up in smoke. The chicken, however was tasty as usual. It was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with just the right amount of seasoning. The poor service I had however left a long lasting bad taste in my mouth which prevented me from savouring the Golden delights.
