Church's Texas Chicken

It’s been about a year since I’ve bought their chicken at this location. We must have been here on 6 other occasions. And the food and experience was good! Today I went and bought a 8 piece chicken combo and ask for half/half(original & spicy). The girl at the counter was quite helpful, then she went to the back to prep something. The person cooking came to bag my order and I reminded him that I wanted half and half. The girl told him the same. When I got home, guess what - NO Spicy chicken. The pieces of chicken was dry from being over cooked. So what a disaster for lunch and a waste of money. We couldn’t eat much of it so the biscuits and chicken went into the garbage. I am not sure i would ever go back there for chicken again. Certainly would not recommend.

I received warm soda with no straws, and the sandwiches were cold with dry chicken. When I asked about the straws, I was told they were in the bag, but they weren't. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and not worth the $50 spent. The food quality was subpar, and I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Ordered 8pc all spicy combo through Uber Eats, got only 7pc delivered, out of the seven one was regular non spicy, and other two were over fried over cooked and dry, i doubt if it is even old chicken! This is now the second time we have received dry and over cooked chicken. Please dont buy from this location!!!!!

Once,again I'm short on my order. The festive special I ordered is supposed to come with coleslaw. When I get home there was none. Is this a game the young employees are playing? It seems to be happening all the time. For the management....my visit was between 530 and 6pm on November 20/24.

Lunch time take out experience has been positive lately. Usually order a 2-piece combo of spicy chicken, fries (crispy!), honey biscuit (the hype is real) and a drink. They gave an extra leg as part of a "promo" of spending more than $10. Everything was cooked well and well-seasoned. No complaints about the service. I'm usually in and out fast and eventually happy with a full belly.

Bought 4 pc chicken combo for dinner. Guess what I got ! Over fried, half burned and dried out old chicken. Totally wasted our dinner. Used to be a regular customer. My advise to everyone pls check what you got before take out your order.

Despite ordering a 12-piece chicken fry meal with coleslaw and biscuits for the family, we were met with disappointment. The chicken fry lacked freshness and was smaller than anticipated, while the coleslaw was soggy and emitted a foul odor. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff, the replacement coleslaw was no better and, to our dismay, one portion even contained a fly. Furthermore, the inconvenience of finding the washroom closed added to our frustration. While the biscuits were a saving grace, they couldn't salvage the overall experience. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this Church's location to others based on our disappointing visit.

Loved their honey butter biscuits. Fried Chicken were fresh, French Fries and coleslaw were alright. Their mashed potato was good. Soft drinks were refillable. At this location, the seats are not very organized and not so clean. Washroom was pretty dirty. A lot of parking, it’s at a plaza.
