Church's Texas Chicken

This Church's is a five minute walk from the City Cruise boat tour dock. We went on our cruise and after coming back we were hungry and saw this Church's right down the street. Seating is a little tight inside but there was a table available and we got our order just a couple of minutes after ordering. The chicken was hot and delicious. The gentleman working the order counter was very polite even though it was a little busy when we came in. If you're looking for a quick bite in downtown Toronto, this is definitely the place!

Steps from harbourfront. In the heart of Toronto. Very spacious inside and the workers are nice :) butt keep in mind there’s no car parking so plan accordingly

used to be good, my go-to place for late snacks. But now the burger looks like a junior chicken burger. Might as well go to mcD. Taste way worse too. Hard and dry. Honestly dont know what happened. Disappointed

Fried chicken was fresh off the fry . Tasty tried drum sticks I did not like the flavor of the mashed potatoe with gravy Has to return it and replace it with french fries I like that they serve the dine in food on a tray, not in paper bags like the rest of similar fast food chicken resturants. They claim its halal meat, so i hope its true The biscuit is tasty, but without the honey glaze on top Next time, I'll order it plain Was hoping to find coleslaw, but it was late, and all of it was out of stock. Ill give it another go next time Staff are nice smiling to walk in customers Tables and chairs were not very clean to be honest and place was busy even late. They stay open till late at night, at this harbour front location which is a plus.

WThis branch offers a good customer service. Staffs looks tired but they can still manage to smile and say “ENJOY” to each customer that they encountered. I love how they treat all clients and serve them with smiling faces. I wanna recommend to those people visiting Toronto. NAV and HARPREET are the asset to your branch! Keep them and make them “enjoy” their stay too. Food is the best. Well fried. Overall, the experience is the best . Unmatched customer service!

Very average nothing special. The spicy chicken sandwich is at a medium heat level nothing hot at all about it. Taste is pretty good. Not a place worth traveling 30 plus minutes.

We don't have one in our area, so we hit up Church's when we come to Toronto. The honey biscuit and gravy stole the show. We'll be back again soon. Give them a try 100%.

Visited Church’s Texas Chicken at the Harbour Square location in Toronto for the first time last night. For starters the staff was not very friendly or helpful. The drink machine was basically empty, with the exception of sparkling water. We let them know and they said they would fix it but it took them a good 25-30 minutes to go check on it. They continued to give customers after us cups and when they all went back to ask why the machine was empty, the staff never went to check on it. The restaurant wasn’t very busy and there were plenty of opportunities for the employees to go and fix the machine yet they didn’t, so we got our drinks pretty late. When it came to the food it was a 2/5 stars at best. The fries, onion rings, and mashed potatoes were all fresh and pretty good, but I can’t say the same about the chicken. We ordered an 8 piece chicken combo, and in one of the chicken pieces we realized it was filled with blood, undercooked and completely inedible. We went to complain and the staff member we spoke to was not very apologetic. They gave us an extra thigh piece to make up for it but by that point we lost our appetite and felt sick to our stomach’s. Would not recommend this location of Church’s chicken.
