Church's Texas Chicken

As a family, we really enjoy the food from this place. Today, we were served by a very friendly guy who offered us "a package." We asked if we could swap coleslaw for mashed potatoes, and he said yes. However, when we got home, our order was incomplete, and they gave us onion rings instead.

I only ever come here for the biscuits because Church’s has amazing biscuits with honey butter on them… if you know, you know. I’ve been to this location a couple times now, and the biscuits are good but they could be better, they put the absolute minimum amount of butter on them. There is another churches location in I believe St. Catharine’s and the biscuits at that location are so much better, they’re like the ones at the locations down south in the US.

Absolutely awesome. The staff's professionalism is on point, they had no problem replacing a sandwich and even gave some items on the side. The food is absolutely delicious and may be one of, if not the best fast food joint here in Canada. I personally like spicy food and I am usually disappointed at other fast food joints for having the spice level on the chicken sandwiches to be quite low, but I am happy to say that the sandwich that I ate here had an excellent spice level and would recommend to everyone who loves to spice up their food. The chicken itself is crunchy, well seasoned and isn't oily, so it is truly something special. The fries and biscuits are nice additions to the food too and they are tasty in their own right, so you have to try them! So overall I would say this place is a go to when craving chicken and some sides. The prices are pretty fair too so give it a try!

We came here twice in a week. And the food and chicken are good and amazing. Here is my review… A) The place is pretty clean. B) Washrooms are clean and well maintained. C) The chicken is super crispy and crunchy. Food was alright and delicious. D) Parking is ample and sufficient. E) Customer Service is nice and the people there are super nice and friendly. Cons: A) I think they should have better communication between employees and customers and be more happy. B) They should do more while it’s quiet like sweep clean tables check for more things etc. I think the employees did well. Other than that. It’s alright and hope to return again. It’s a go out and try now. God Bless the owners and people who run this establishment. God bless the people who pour their heart and soul to maintain this restaurant.

Food is simply fantastic and the clerk Naurin is sweet. Way better chicken than KFC and Popeyes, also the butter biscuit is top notch 👌

Due to the travel ban in Erie county, I got turned around and decided to try Churches, in St Catherines. First of all it's that famous american coleslaw taste I love, but a bit soggy, the biscuit was fine, and the chicken may have been under the lamp too long or I came it at a bad time, about 2pm. The root beer was fine. The size of chicken was the same as across the river, unlike other chains. I don't speak of price, again different currency. I'll try again, maybe next week, and update.
