Ordered 3 Piece Chicken Combo. But only crumbs what i found on the package with very less quantity of Chicken under it. Alongside got Mexican Sandwich Combo as well. But only 1 Ketchup and 1 Hot sauce with 2 combos. 🤷🏻♂️

The chicken taste good and different taste from other chicken food chains. No wonder people coming back after trying for the first time. We love it and will recommend to others. The management and servers did the good job on setting up the store. They are friendly and helpful. Keep it up. 5 🌟

Ordered through Uber. Missing half of the order. Called the store and was told that the items were in a separate bag and my driver forgot it. Would not offer to deliver the food they did not give my driver. On top of that, requested the sandwich with no cheese or tomato and that request was ignored. Food is not good enough for the trouble.

Church’s has always been just okay. Used to go to Whitby but went here as it’s now the closest since opening. Chicken was very bland. And pretty sure the coleslaw was spoiled. Biscuits were amazing as always though. At least that’s consistent between different locations.

Tried this place for the first time and we were a bit disappointed. It was alright, but we got two Tuesday specials (4.99$) which consisted of a leg and a thigh. My husband was hoping for a breast and then whatever for the second piece but the girl at the counter said if you want a piece of white, you would need to order a three piece meal for 13.69$ and they would then give you a leg, a thigh and a breast. At Mary Brown’s, which is our go to, you usually get serendipity pieces, so you’ll get a mix. I guess this place saves those for the real customers not the discounted ones. At least they were honest about it. It seems weird to not try to make a customer happy with such a simple request. One white piece out of four can’t be THAT much more expensive. Offer a dollar upgrade or something…Plus they are new to the area. You’d think they want you to come back. The girl at the counter assured me that we would love it so much that we would come back. Nah.

Wow , we were driving by and saw this place on the way to KFC 🍗 so glad to find this place very clean, food is delicious 😋 service on point ! GOOD JOB 👍

We entered the store to place our dinner order. Opting for the 4-piece combo with fries and a biscuit, we made a specific request for freshly fried chicken and fries. However, upon arrival, we noticed trays filled with pre-fried chicken that did not appear fresh. Similarly, there was a tray of fries that seemed to have been cooked a while ago. Upon expressing our preference for freshly fried items, the staff assured us that everything had just been prepared and was indeed fresh. Despite our reservations, they insisted that the food was hot and ready. Unfortunately, upon opening our meal, the reality was disappointing. The fries were notably soggy, as evidenced in the accompanying picture, and the chicken was cold and excessively oily. Given the quick preparation time typical of fast food, providing freshly fried food shouldn't have been a challenge. This experience left us thoroughly disappointed and significantly detracted from our dining enjoyment. Overall, our visit to this location was was spoiled by this experience, which we feel reflects poorly on the professionalism of the establishment.

The ambiance and interior design of the new location are simply stunning. The decor is sort of creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with a sense of elegance and style. Whether you're looking for a cozy spot for a romantic dinner or a chic setting for a get-together with friends, this restaurant has it all. The ambience truly enhances the overall dining experience as it did mine. I was thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend checking it out. Special thanks to the pretty lady for taking my orders so patiently and for the suggestive selling as well 🤩
