Church's Texas Chicken

I am absolutely furious about our experience at Church’s Chicken, which was one of our favorite fried chicken restaurants.However, I feel it’s my responsibility to warn others. My entire family suffered from severe food poisoning after eating here. As soon as we got home, we were hit with nausea, bloating, and diarrhea. While dining, my son noticed that the chicken in his meal smelled off. We sent it back, and it was replaced with another meal totally different from the one he initially ordered, but clearly, this place has a serious issue with food safety. What’s even more infuriating is that I am pregnant, andI am afraid the negligence of this restaurant would put my health and my unborn child at risk. Management must take immediate action to address this, or they shouldn’t be in business. To anyone thinking about eating here—DON’T. You’re risking your health by stepping foot in this place.

But into the classic burger sandwich an it was raw(photo attached). I walked in and showed the workers. Lady at the register told me it’s supposed to look like this because it was frozen. So I asked for managers or owners number and she said I couldn’t have either. So I asked for a refund and she still said no. Keep in mind no fries were touched just the burger with one bite.

The fried chicken is ok...even the spicy one isn't spicy at all. Had to eat it with sauses. Jalapeno bombers were terrific. The burgers were good. The food was good overall but the chairs are very uncomfortable! Most Popeyes locations have better seating which helps when your dining.

First time trying Church's chicken, and it is kinda mid. The chicken is like a less crispy popeyes and lacking spice. The fries are good. Could be crisper, they give Costco fries energy, but the off brand version. The biscuit was the best thing I consumed. That was delicious. If I ever come back it will solely be for biscuits. 6/10.

Me and my family has been obsessed with Church’s Texas chicken lately especially the honey butter biscuits. The employees are friendly and when we visit to eat inside, it’s always clean. The food are well cooked and fresh as always!

We had the Mexican sandwich combo. The chicken was really good. A big portion and it was hot. The portion of fries was quite small. The drinks are refillable so that was nice. The service was quick and efficient. The location is great. My only complaint is the dining room was a little untidy and I had to wipe my own table. We used coupons so they was helpful. Otherwise this is a higher end fast food chicken restaurant.

They always serve fresh hot fried chicken! Servers were helpful and attentive, just my recent order was too salty to be honest, guess it was “well seasoned” but still it was a good meal! Plus they are having a $7 meal combo definitely worth a try! I found their fried chicken are less greasy than Popeyes! Nice clean store! Give it a try when you are somewhere close by!
