Church's Texas Chicken

I got a 5 piece tender combo, so I'm reviewing it. The Chicken & Root Beer was good. However, the fries could definitely use some more salt & could also be more crispy/crunchy. And when they delivered it to me, they gave me 2 BBQ & 1 Honey Mustard instead of 3 BBQ sauces. I'm not ranking the Atmosphere, however, because I didn't get it in-store. I got it delivered right to me. I also forgot to mention that I got ketchup when I didn't order it. I also forgot to mention that there were biscuits in my box of Chicken Tenders, but I can't complain about it because it was good. However, it could definitely use some more butter. Besides those 5 situations, it was a great delivered experience. I'll give my delivered experience a 7.1/10. Also if you're getting the 5 piece tender combo, I'd recommend replacing the fries with Onion Rings or something.

First of all. The first visit was great experience. When return for the second time, it was totally change . The orders were missed. Still keep the receipt to claim what missed from the order. Staff were unprofessionally and answered rudely on phone call . She said to wait for manager, they can not handle to serve better customer service but expect the service to be smoothly run by keep missing orders. Disappointed and dissatisfied from food to customer service was greatly disappointed. Better train staff before talking to clients . Still waiting phone call to get the feedback and manners but it was waste of time ..!

Today I ordered through skip the dishes. My chicken tasted dry and old. Also, one centre breast piece tasted quite off like it was from an older batch and did not taste good at all. I has to stop eating it half way. Biscuits were the best part of my meal. Will avoid ordering from this location next time.

Tried Church's for the first time and had a very satisfying experience. The BBQ Chicken Sandwich was fantastic and the fries were tasty. Tried Chicken Wings as well and it was also good. The interior is spacious and attractive and the staff were nice.

I visited this location on Sunday 5:18pm, from step in to leaving with take out waiting time less than 5 minutes, really good service. And taste very good.

06.01.2023 (Thursday) - 5 Stars: Got Classic Chicken Sanwiches from this location. Pretty big location with dine in option and drive through. Place looked clean. Font rep Raman was great and got my order ready within 10 minutes. Burgers tasted great! Plenty of parking in the area. Cost is reasonable. Atmosphere was great for a Thursday. I recommend.

Best fried chicken cafe in my opinion. Crispiest and less greasy chicken compared to others. Plus what sets them apart is their delicious freshly baked honey butter biscuits. And even more unique are the cheesy jalapeno poppers as a side. Absolutely like their offerings and I'm a regular at most branches.
