Church's Texas Chicken

The Fanta drink tasted off, almost like sipping pool water. When I brought this up to the cashier, she insisted the drink had been served an hour ago, even though it had only been 20 minutes since I placed the order. As for the burger, it tasted like it was fried in old oil—definitely not fresh. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the food quality and the dismissive attitude of the staff. This is not the right way to treat customers, and I certainly would not recommend eating here.

I got the 3 piece original chicken combo and Jalapeño bombers, 4 orders, and dam, it had to be the best fried chicken I've ever had, in a long time, it was huge and juicy, and the Jalapeño bombers, was nice and spicy. Overall, l will be, a repeat customer, you can take that to the bank.

I recently visited this place, and Deepika greeted me with a warm smile and provided outstanding service. I ordered the Mexican Wrap, and it was absolutely delicious,perfectly seasoned and full of flavor! The service was top-notch as well. Deepika made sure everything was just right. I’ll definitely be coming back for both the food and the great service!

Extremely disappointed with the service and food. This is the 3rd time I had to remind to follow instructions. I am a regular customer and it is the 3rd day I am extremely unhappy with the food and service. None of the people listen or they are too busy talking with each other so they can remember the instructions of the order. And these are people who has been taking my order since last year! no new crew! I visit to eat 3 to 4 times a week and it seems like the service is extremely poor now. I was happy and wanted to come because of the service and food and sorry to say both are lacking now. Why would pay 15 dollars to not get what they asked for ! Or they are so comfortable to disrespect whatever anyone orders ! Extremely upset with my this and past 2 experiences! People can work nice until they recieve a review so I deleted my past review as that doesn't count anymore with this service!

I visited Church's Texas Chicken for the first time on a weekday afternoon. The place was quiet, with only one person at the counter taking orders. The restaurant was clean and the location is great. I ordered three chicken tender pieces, which were good but a bit too oily for my taste. The time to receive my order was longer compared to other fast food chains. The service was friendly.

Location is good but they only have 2 staff hence the waiting is very long for every order. These Uber eats driver are not happy. Hopefully the owner adds at least a cash person after they read this review. Also, the cash person took 5 orders from cash then touched the food with the same gloves...

Food 5/5 Service 5/5 Atmosphere 5/5 Everyone recommended a lot of fast food eateries, try Chipotle, Popeyes, etc. No one , mind you no one recommended this. I accidentally went there once when we were running late for a movie in December and wanted to grab a quick snack (Mexicana Sandwich meal and Tex sandwich meal). It was amazing but I never revisited it. Recently I have tried their tender wrap, Mexicana and Tex wrap. All are too good! I think Mexicana is best. The service staff is polite and does their best to service considering only two people are working, one in the kitchen and one in the customer service. How fast can two people work? They do their best. The atmosphere is brilliant. This is in downtown Mississauga. The place is neat and clean, you can check the photos I uploaded. Usually you have a lot of space to sit around. Highly recommended by me.
