Very friendly owner/manager. He gave us a free biscuit because of the wait! Chicken was freshly cooked and steaming hot when done, large portions as well. I came here due to a sandwich promotion and would come here over Popeyes from now on! Store was very clean as well.

The breading on the chicken went soft after a 5 min drive home, but I can go to a place like THG and 20 mins later it's still crunchy. The chicken sandwich was a bit tough and overall meh. The poutine was ok.

The chicken tenders were the smallest I have ever gotten & I get these on the regular. After my order was placed & the food was cooked, I was asked what can of pop I wanted. I didn't want a can, I wanted fountain pop. I was informed that they only have cans. I mentioned that the cans are much smaller than fountain pop and that doesn't seem right. She said that cans are more expensive and smiled. I don't care! I wanted fountain pop! They made sure not to mention it before placing my order. I will never go to this location again!

Went here for lunch and wanted to try the Mexicana chicken burger with extra sauce. Took about 6 or 7 minutes got it fresh piping hot. Was delicious and that sauce does it! Very friendly customer service. Great job to the whole team at this location.

My husband and I passed by at night and we were given a very amazing service. They said they made us wait and gave us free food for the inconvenience but honestly the wait wasn’t even that long. They were very considerate and the wait was only because they made everything fresh. Food was piping hot. This is the kind of service we need everywhere. Thank you for being so nice to us. Food is amazing! Will be coming back. Highly recommended!

No toilet paper or soap in bathroom. Picture of Classic Chicken vs actual products are totally different. Mediocre flavor. Had to ask 3 times for ketchup. One of the bathrooms is still out of order from beginning of summer. I had to clean toilet seat prior to using it. Poor cleanliness.... I can only imagine state of kitchen where my food was made. Server had full beard with no hair net also.

So among the big three chicken chains, this is the blandest if you get regular --so I strongly recommend you get spicy! Spicy is really good and pieces are easily 2x the size of the competitors. Fries are okay and gravy is fair.
