Horrible customer service was so terrible and the workers are so RACIST and were over charging me for their own benefit. I’m never gonna come back here again, they should be fired immediately.

I normally come to this Church’s chicken location because all of the staff are very nice and accommodating to every order. Today I was greeted by Prince. She was very kind and surprisingly remembered my order to the tee.As I was paying for my order she made sure that everything I wanted was made exactly the way I wanted and came out in great time. I will always keep coming back to this location. It is literally the best Chruchs Chicken location I have been to in all of Canada. Thanks and keep up the awesome work.

I recently visited Texas Church’s Chicken and ordered the 3-piece chicken tender meal with fries and gravy. The chicken was flavorful, the fries were crispy, and the gravy paired perfectly with everything. Overall, the meal was very satisfying. However, I was disappointed with the biscuit. It used to be the highlight of my visit—moist, buttery, and packed with honey flavor. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case. The biscuit I had was dry and lacked the rich, honeyed taste I remember. It’s disappointing because I used to come here mainly for the biscuits, but now I don’t even want to eat them. If they can bring back the old biscuit recipe, I’d definitely be a more frequent customer again.

I visited Church's Texas Chicken with friends today 3355 Hurontario St, Mississauga, and had a great time. The restaurant was very clean, and the customer service was excellent. The chicken and everything else we ordered were fresh and delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back here next time.

Good place to pick up chicken. Almost comparable to another place I have been to but not as oily and the chicken is tastier. The atmosphere is ok - typical of a fast food place. Staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend as a stop over on the go for a quick bite.

05 02 2023 (Tuesday) - 5 Stars: Got the Classic Sandwich during the week. Pretty good burger in the area! Very filling and tasted great! Cost about 7 dollars. Great deal! Got my burger within 10 minutes. Definetly coming back.

Just visited this location for lunch today. We got the opening special and ordered 3 biscuits and large onion rings. The chicken is very juicy and seasoned perfectly (we got spicy) and the honey biscuits are so fluffy and moist with the perfect slight crunch on the outside. The onion rings are also perfectly crispy with just the right amount of breading. The staff also was very patient with us as our group started to argue over which sides to order. My friend's and I have already made plans to go back some time in the future. Definitely check this place out! Side note: Someone from a business on the other side of the strip mall came in and rudely demanded my friends to move their car and the person who I assume is the manager also helped to diffuse the situation. So it seems like they have improved greatly on their service since a week ago (based on some reviews I read).
