I have a special day for my life because my youngest kids she has a birtday today. I orderderd combo and special deal. Tell the lady to make a combo one spice and for kids one special deal one make a no spicce. But they make a spice for kids and my wife tell a front lady its spice and arguee with my wife. Its call customer service. Finally I found one staple pin in my food. I dont want to return the food because I know they are told my wife its not they are fault, its supplier fault. I know very well they are always arguee. This pin its realy health risk.

Very dirty and slow service. Not busy so lots of time to clean. Not impressed. This was my 2nd visit, I came back because it was great the first time when the manager was there. Apparently the staff can't work unsupervised.

It was a good experience The chicken was just too good and liked the jalapeño bombers the most. The service provided by the staff especially by Simranjeet Singh made my experience even more better.

Ordered two red chicken, and I’m really disappointed with what I received. Chicken was very hard, to the point that I couldn’t even eat it. There wasn't enough sauce, and they included a chicken wing instead of a regular piece. I had to throw it away, which was a total waste of money. Waited 25 minutes to get this.

Today me and my family bought Church’s Chicken for the very first time and to my daughter’s surprise and disgust there was a piece of black thick hair in her chicken. My hubby drove 20 mins to purchase the food and 20 mins back home. Once we checked the chicken and confirmed that it was in fact hair we all got sick to our stomach and stopped eating the food. My hubby then drove back 20 mins and 20 mins back home he was told by the team leader that she can only offer another piece of chicken. No compensation for their poor hygiene practices. My hubby saw the cook who had a massive beard and no hair net on. The team leader claims that they all wear hair nets but yet the cook had a massive beard with no hair net on. The hair is embedded into the chicken. The church’s chicken worker tried to rip the hair out but could not. The hair was fried with the chicken 🤮

If you're looking for a new place to try for your families dinner. I recommend Church's Texas Chicken breast burger. It is amazing. A plus is the value .It is value friendly for families who are on the hustle and bustle of a fairly active lifestyle. Give it a try, you will love it!

Here is my experience: The food was hot, fresh and delicious. The 3 pc spicy chicken meal was great! Highly recommend the gravy! They serve crinkle cut fries and they were super hot! High recommend the fried chicken sandwich! Nice to see they have kids menu options. The facility was okay would have loved if they kept it clean. We found it really disappointing that there wad no high chairs for toddlers! The service was okay, the team was nice and polite.

I was greatly disappointed here. I was expecting something nicer and better overall. The menu options are typical of fried chicken 🍗🐔 place which is fine. The service staff was mostly helpful, mostly friendly and mostly accurate. The restaurant has an odd lay out and wastes space on entrance no one uses, no biggy. The food was served fairly quick, hot and a little dry. The variety chicken 🍔 burgers is sort of silly with only 1 or 2 differences. Just have 1 and make the sauces changeable. All the chicken was tender, nicely seasoned and a little dry. The macaroni bites were tasty and a bit cheap. Frozen dinner quality. The fries 🍟 were alright. The bathrooms need some maintenance with cleaning and up keep. The overall valued experience here is almost Good but should be better.
