The lady with mustache told me that I can't have a mix of 2 spicy and 3 mild. Now I'm destroying my toilet. She also wouldn't give me extra sauce but the economy is terrible I get it. Food was definitely worth the after math tho.

We had an excellent experience. There was a small misunderstanding with my order, and Mandeep at the counter was super helpful and immediately resolved the issue. The food was also really good, and I'll definitely be coming back!

I placed an Uber Eats order from this location, and the fountain drinks arrived in dirty, contaminated cups. The cups had visible grime and were clearly unsanitary. This raises serious concerns about cleanliness at this location. If the fountain drinks are handled this poorly, who knows what other items might also lack in hygiene. I strongly advise anyone ordering from here to open and check your drinks (and maybe everything else) before consuming.

Late 1990s I lived near Canada's first Harvey's location in Richmond Hill. Because of the joint venture b/w Harvey's and Church's, I distinctly remember eating like a king as a kid. A Harvey's angus burger with some onion rings + some Church's bone-in chicken with some of their biscuits. THAT WAS IT FOLKS. So sad that the joint venture doesn't exist anymore. While their signature chicken is good, my claim (bold but not controversial) is that the honey butter biscuits are better than their chicken. In fact, I think the biscuits at Church's are the best fast food biscuits in the game right now. Super fluffy and moist on the inside but with the crispy, sweet exterior. Popeye's could never w/ their biscuits. The one thing I think Church's has them beat on is the biscuits. I've also tried the jalapeno bombers and they're just mid imo. But surprisingly, the mashed potatoes w/ gravy was actually not bad! Definitely not beating the gravy over at Mary Brown's though.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I requested a customized sandwich without fillet with bombers & onion rings, something I've received without issue at other franchise locations, but was told they couldn’t accommodate my request. The employee explained that the head office doesn’t allow them to make any modifications, which seemed like a convenient excuse for their unwillingness to put in extra effort. Then I visited other location & the employee was so generous & she offered me the sandwich, the way i wanted.

I really like coming to this store. The service staff is very good. The chicken is big and juicy, the chicken skin is very crispy, and the gravy is very mellow and not greasy. It's great.

Service was correct, not too slow not too fast. The place looks overall clean. A lot of parking space. The large sides portion are small… we chose Jalapeños bombers and onion rings in our combo and both large size box looks empty. The employee said it’s normal. Only 18 pieces for the jalapeños bombers. I didn’t know it works like that. We ask our chicken to be spicy and honestly … I couldn’t taste it. In my memory from another Church’s Chicken it was better. I personally don’t eat spicy so would feel right away. And this time I was able to easily eat the chicken. The rest of family members that love spicy did say ‘this is not not spicy at all’. Otherwise, their onion rings, jalapeños bombers and biscuits are good. The chicken not really. Prefer eating somewhere else next time.

Sizzling hot and DELICIOUSLY crunchy! Meat was at perfect texture and was not overly salted or seasoned. Though it’s deep fried, it was not oily at all! The enormous wing were juicy! Each bite gave me the satisfaction and met the perfect sound of crunch. The flavour burst in your mouth and blanket your tastebuds with content! Not sure if it was intentional for marketing but We tried looking online for the menu prior to driving to the store, however site only introduced the food and what was being offered. No prices were mentioned unless you go into the store to read the board for the cost of items. I had to rely on reviews with pictures to know the prices. So hope the pictures helped. Overall this Sated my hunger and met the expectation of my craving.
