Church St. Garage Bar

I was here during halloween night. The patio seating is super cramped. The idea is to get as many foot in as possible. If the person next to me wants to leave or use toilet, I need to stop my meal and move my chair, bags to let the person leave. Food is mediocre. Ordered calamari, it tasted like Nofrills frozen, diet coke was watered down. Service is slow and unbearably noisy and loud music.

I've always loved this place. Location is perfect.. near work. In the village and a great patio!! Since they made some changes the food is so much better now!! Always a great vibe there and have never had bad service

Came in for a drag show (wasn’t intending to but you can see from the street!!) and had a fabulous time here. The queens are friendly and interact with the audience. Very low key and fun bar!

I love coming here to see the Drag shows after 11pm on weekends, the place can get really wild at times, but in a good way, not in a trashy bar sort of way. It's nothing like the bars in the Scarborough area, that's for sure. The staff there are kind and amazing, they look out for you and they definitely love to have fun with you as evident as the beautiful flower drawn on my arm by one of the bartenders. (I'm so sorry but I forgot her name and I wanna game end myself for it 😭😭😭) Needless to say, memories will definitely be made if you go to the Garage. Drinks can be a little pricey but it's worth it. Thank you, Garage Bar and staff!! And of course, the Drag performers as well! Edit: Her name is Lindsay, that's the server that drew the flower!

Drag Queen Brunch during PRIDE Month is.. F-A-B-U-L-O-U-S‼️ Amazing entertainment with TOP notch service! We were there for my BFF’s Bachelorette/Bachelorette Party 🏳️‍🌈 and we had a BLAST! Our server Matthew was the BEST of the BEST! So genuinely friendly, funny, entertaining and just a true Star ⭐️ You’ll want to be friends with him… cause he’s that GREAT! Matthew made the most memorable impression on both myself and my daughter. Such a genuine & articulate guy! We’ll be back just to see him! RUN, don’t walk to Church St. Garage Bar. Such FUN!

We came to Church St. Garage to celebrate my daughters birthday. It was enjoyable. However, it was difficult to see the show due to large pillars in the way. The performers did walk around, though, which made up for it. The outdoor patio looked amazing. Will try and book that next time .

This place had some great food , we had the calamari which was not loaded with external flavours , the wings was highly concentrated with buffalo sauce which was delicious , however the carrot they gave as a side didn’t look as appetising . We went with the pasta for main course, I loved it ! .The service was amazing , our waiter had great energy . The ambiance is pretty chill .. since we went over for lunch .. dinner might give a different vibe .

This was my first time at this establishment. First, I have to say the service was spot on and super friendly and attentive. Great selection to choose from on the menu. My friend and I decided to try the chili and the shepherd's pie. Both dishes were phenomenal and I would highly recommend the chili. The shepherd's pie was lacking some seasoning but I quickly fixed that with some salt and pepper. The cocktails here are simply amazing so make sure you try those. I will definitely be back in the future because I've got my eye on that steak sandwich :-)
