Chucks used to be great, not sure what happened maybe the management has tried to cut cost and choose profits over quality service. I’m not one to complain in general but have to bring this up for future change. Our server smelled really really bad. People are nice about it to not be rude but it’s really terrible and off putting . He was an Indian worker but regardless of ethnicity the strong order ruined our entire experience. I am not sure why management is not taking care of it . The deals are great but not worth this kind of cost.

Tried to take my daughter here for her first birthday dinner. Was seated. Waited 20 minutes. Nobody took our order or offered drinks. Watched a family of 12 brown people be seated and served. Got up and left. Went to East side Mario’s and got the best service. Will never waste my time trying to eat here with my family ever again. Not a chance.

Atmosphere is great, good location. Service is reasonable, not beyond expectation you get food you ordered. Food was in fact not too great, even the wings which I regularly order in other location were not up to par. I was there after 9:00, and appetizers where 1/2 price not sure, if that affected the quality of food. Could be a bad lot, different cook too.

Food was good but service could use improvement. Was told there is no space in the patio after walking past and only two tables were filled. Was told to come back in 10 min and when we returned others of the same party size were sat in front of us and we were again told to wait. We waited at the bar only to have two more groups of the same size sat while we waited and it wasn't until we specifically said we were going to take a table that we were actually seated. Only reason it's a 3 overall is the lady working at the bar who managed the section we ended up seated in was super attentive and friendly.

Tried their $25 top sirloin and lobster tail dish, it was pretty good, you paid what you are getting. The New York steak was not bad too. I mean, at this price point the quality is definitely there. We wanted to order calamari but it was sold out. Service was just alright, maybe it was pretty busy the day we visited. Washroom faucets need some fixes urgently.

Absolutely amazing! I will not lie I was skeptical about ordering steak and lobster at such a low price but omg!!! I was blown away. One steak ordered medium rare the other rare, both were perfect. I couldn't find a thing to complain about if I tried. Will definitely be back. I highly recommend the strawberry pecan salad as it is out of this world!! The flavors were everything I wanted. Also got dessert butter toffee bread pudding.. yummy.. will definitely be back. Our server was good as well... there is we needed her but not there so much that you cant enjoy your date night. I ate the dessert so fast that i forgot to take the picture. :)

Chuck's Roadhouse in Whitby has quickly become my go-to spot for a casual after-work drink. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, with friendly staff who always make me feel welcome. Sneha, in particular, deserves a special mention for her consistently kind and helpful demeanor, even when the bar is bustling. One of the things I love most about Chuck's is the reasonable prices. The food is affordable, and the beers are significantly cheaper than at other nearby establishments. The restaurant is always clean and well-maintained, and there's plenty of free parking and ample seating. Whether you're looking for a quick beer after work or a casual night out with friends, Chuck's Roadhouse is definitely worth a visit.

Went to late night dinner at Chuck’s in Whitby on Sat. Jan. 7/23@9pm. We were seated at the front window to a large round table. I can’t fault the food as it is always good and the same at every location I’ve been to in all over Ontario. Food was fresh and hot and came out faster then we expected. Unfortunately we had a server that was not very happy nor personable. She did Not introduce herself nor did she say hello , she was quite rude and didn’t show any care for her behaviour. It just really turned our experience at this location very sour. I am a very frequent customer however I will not return to this location.
