Came here after 9, was told I can't order apps to go so I sat down for a beer, ordered 5-6 apps and then when 2 were missing I was told we have to finish the food we have before ordering more.. there's nothing on the menu that states I cannot order to go, nothing that says I have to finish my app before ordering another ? And I was given such a hard time by staff they almost wouldn't bring me a container for half a quesadilla I had left. I love chucks roadhouse and I visit 2-3 times a week at the courtice location, I will never return to this location at tauton and thickson in Whitby. I am disgusted by the way I was treated while spending money.

What a fantastic night!! We came out for dinner for my granddaughter’s birthday. Mike definitely made our dining experience very enjoyable. He was very friendly and gave us great service. Our food was hot and delicious. I recommend this place and hopefully you get Mike to look after your party. He will give you top notch service. Thank you for making our experience exceptional. Cheers

Had dinner out tonight for my nieces birthday! All the food was amazing,hot and served very quickly. Mike was our waiter and he was extremely friendly and quick. He was always making sure we had everything we need. (and this is huge with my needy sister lol) I will be back 100%! Very pleased! Thank you !

I absolutely love coming to the Whitby location specially very much. It feels like home here and the service is always amazing. Andrea has helped me many times now and she is always happy and fun which I enjoy. Shelley has helped me a lot as well when I am here in the afternoon. This entire team is great trust me. I have seen the owner many times go around checking in on us to see how we are doing and if we need anything. His team really enjoys working for him many have shared that with me and that is a rare quality that should be mentioned. An owner that cares for his team as well as customers is nice to know. I can tell he is a very nice genuine man. I am here weekly and I also want to shout out the amazing quality of food, clean environment, fun service. I have come here for lunch, diner or to just catch the game with a drink. I can't say enough good things about this place and I highly recommend it. Definitely try this experience and I assure you will feel right at home here immediately.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Experience for a Large Group! We visited Chuck’s Roadhouse as a party of 12, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for our group gathering. The service was top-notch, with the staff making sure every one of us was taken care of with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious—everything from the appetizers to the main courses was cooked to perfection. We were all impressed with the quality and generous portions. Chuck’s Roadhouse did an amazing job accommodating our large group, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to dine with family and friends!

HIDDEN GEM We took our kids for lunch, and we were not disappointed. The moment you entered the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was inviting. It might be a great place to watch the game or enjoy an evening out. PROS The food was really good too! Food was timely! The servers were kind and responsive! The place was clean! Con: I tried the mashed potatoes, but they weren't great. This is my new Durham bar/grill!

First time at this location and it was awesome! Went to another Chuck’s before and had a bad experience and I thought let’s try this one and it was amazing. Service was great and great prices on the food! I had ordered the top sirloin steak and wanted it medium well and it came out more of a rare medium and they fixed my steak no problem and offered us a dessert which was yummy! 😋 Great customer service and will definitely be back!

My first time having lunch with a friend at this location. The bruschetta flat bread was a bit hard to chew. I was expecting it to be soft. The food was okay, the server was okay. The only thing that I enjoyed was the chicken finger and fries. It arrived quickly and was fresh.
