Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill

Our server was lovely, great service and energy . I ordered the ribs and wings meal ,and asked for a diff sauce than bbq bc I can't have tomatoes. She came back and said yes we have honey garlic and can do that. Then had to come back saying sorry we can ONLY put it on the wings... not the ribs .corporate says people are not allowed to put a sauce they have,on ribs but chicken yes ok great . We got around that by having the sauce in a plastic cup on the side for me to put on myself 🤣🤣 such an odd rule and silly conversation. I've worked in food a good chunk of my adult working life and I've heard/had to uphold annoying things forsure but this was just funny to me 🤣🤷‍♀️ tasted good though ,I got the side of sweet potato fries, wasn't a big fan they were skinny and perhaps overcooked for my taste. We shared an arugula strawberry salad as an app and it was good although very heavy on the dressing ,I would ask for it on the side next time.

My partner and I stopped into Chuck's Roadhouse this evening to have some dinner to celebrate our Anniversary. Our server Mackenzie was excellent in regards to service and was an absolute pleasure throughout our dining experience. They really have an asset in their restaurant! We had an issue with the ribs, where my partner who has a nightshade intolerance was unable to have the BBQ sauced ribs. She asked if she was able to have them prepared with a honey garlic glaze and Mackenzie saw to asking about it right away. Unfortunately for whatever reason the head honchos of Chuck's Roadhouse passed down to the Manager that though they could prepare those ribs that they were unable to do so because they weren't allowed. Our server ended up bringing her a half rack of ribs cooked without any sauce and the honey garlic on the side, though it was still a bit strange to understand that particular issue. Who knows?? Anyhow, we resolved the issue and enjoyed our strawberry pecan salad with ribs & wings and enjoyed the heck out of the rest of the night. I would recommend this location :) Check it out

First time here a few days ago, will definitely be back! Greeted as soon as we walked in and told to sit anywhere we wanted. Clean, bright space. Our server, Tori, came over right away to get our drink order. She was smiley, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Food came out fast and Tori was attentive throughout our meal. Top notch service! We had nachos to share, a bacon cheeseburger meal and a Caesar salad with chicken. Nachos were amazing! Get the chicken added! My son said his burger and fries were delicious. My Caesar salad was excellent. We both left full and happy. Can't wait to try dessert next time. Thank you Tori and kudos to the chef!

Update to my previous review shown below. What a difference a day makes. Five people having dinner tonight and all were disappointed including me. I ordered the filet mignon again. My steak was nowhere near what it should be. It seems this location might have changed their meat supplier. Two people asked for some mayonnaise. Get this, they were charged 1.98 for each sealed packet of mayonnaise. What’s next, charging for each shake of the salt and pepper! So Chuck”s is not consistent. You have a 50/50 chance of getting a good meal. Previous Review Wow, the Filet mignon was perfect. Lauren our server was excellent. I will definitely go back again. I would even say Chuck’s is the top dining restaurant in Orangeville.

Service was good, food came out fast and everything was delicious. I’d recommend getting the ribs because they are amazing. The nacho appetizer was great too. Prices aren’t too crazy.

I saw good reviews and great photos, and decided to try. And didn't get disappointed. The plates were big, enough food, good quality and great taste. The service is amazing, will definitely come again. Ribs were very good, the chicken was too dry for my liking, maybe next time will specifically ask for dark meat. I ordered top sirloin, next time gonna try filet mignon.
