Surf and Turf is surprisingly good for the price! Chucks can cook a steak to order...mine was perfect. I had dessert. It was off the chart delicious.

The service here is absolutely terrible. A woman with a ponytail and glasses served us and was simply ignorant from the beginning. We ordered food and it was ok. Over the course of the meal my friend had one small glass of wine and a vodka and pineapple and the server then rudley told her she was cut off. FOR TWO DRINKS? We were quiet and very polite so we were very confused by this. Don’t plan on going here if u plan on getting more than 2 drinks. ( see photos for reference)

Moe is an absolute pro ! The owner should count his lucky stars to have him working there . He brings a warmth and friendly positive attitude to the place it definitely needs. Great service! Vibes a little uptight could use more experience servers but you can’t buy experience you’ll have to pay for that . Overall clean beautiful set up. Amazing u shaped bar great spot to build the local experience if they are catered to. Excellent spot for football and hockey! Food was cooked perfectly we loved the steak bits and nachos! Most of all thank you Moe for absolutely making our experience with your smile and charm! We highly recommend!

We popped in for dinner and had the most pleasant servers. Our group of 3 had some dietary concerns and they certainly went out of the way to make us feel comfortable and happy. They even adjust the menu a bit to accommodate my guests from out of town. The food was delicious. We will definitely be back.

This was my first time to this place My girlfriend told me about it and how good the ribs were. She said they were “fall off the bone.!” So I went here to try it …. You must come on a Wednesday as it’s rib day … you get a full rack for $15 …. You can’t even buy the match cheap lol I upgraded to sweet potato fries for $1.99 extra and added the aïoli sauce for $.99 and had a $4.00 18 ounce draft (You get that if you come before 5 o’clock) Let me tell you the ribs were amazing and I kept on eating,and eating, and eating !!!! I can’t believe I polished the whole thing off 🤩 I sat in the dining room and it’s very very noisy. That would be my only critique. So if you love ribs, I highly recommend this place 🤗

I never liked Chucks but a new one opened and we tried it. If you are looking for Keg quality then go to the Keg, but if you are looking for decent food and very good prices then it’s a good night out. The value for money is first class, beer from $4, glasses of wine from $5, margaritas for $6…. If you are ok with pub food then you will be happy. If you expect high end for cheap prices then move along. The staff was friendly and the owners even checked on every table.

I recently celebrated my birthday at Chuck’s Roadhouse in Niagara Falls, and it was an incredible experience! The food was amazing, and the service was outstanding, especially from Chris, who made the evening special. Our appetizers arrived so fast, and everything was fresh and flavorful. The main meal was also served quickly, and every dish was spot-on. The restaurant itself was very clean and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back for another great dining experience!

Great Pricing for the great menu!!..The Atmosphere needs to be uplifted,.. But it has JUST Opened.But overall Well worth the money, especially for the After 9 Pm apps!.. plenty of parking Also... Great Staff...& A big Shout-out to ANGIE,.. Originally from DUBAI!!!!👌..Great Service and very Helpful and Friendly... Awesome service,..They Give you room to enjoy Ur meal...& The Ribs On Wednesdays Are Super for the Half price!!!😊😁🤤😋👍
