Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill

We were super impressed, and I left saying I’ll be back! We stumbled into here because other spots we aimed for were packed and had long wait times, and Chuck’s was able to seat us in a cozy booth right away. The server was super kind and pleasant in her mannerisms which left us with smiling faces and a nice taste. Speaking of tastes… I came for a steak, and found a 20oz to fix that craving better than expected. Perfectly cooked medium rare, and perfectly seasoned! Accompanying fries were great too, I didn’t leave any stragglers behind! Chucks roadhouse burger was also a smash hit, and to our surprise between two of us still couldn’t polish it off. Like I said… we’ll be back! Thanks guys!

It was great experience at Chuck’s Roadhouse Bar and Grill, and it was an absolute delight! My friends and I went to celebrate Christmas party and received top-notched service. food was yummy and fresh and got special attention from owner. Special thanks to Seema who served us and provided excellent service !! The atmosphere was lively, perfect for a gathering with friends. Overall, Chuck’s Roadhouse exceeded our expectations, and we'll definitely be returning. Highly recommend for anyone craving a satisfying meal!!

First time at this local spot. It'll be the last time too. A friend and I going for dinner on a Saturday night, early bird. We were surprised the place was empty...but after getting our dinners we knew why. The calamari was burnt, came with no lemon or cutlery or napkins. The steak lobster special wasn't special at all. The steak tough, dry and the fries cold. We weren't even given steak knives, until we asked. Try and cut leather with a butter knife. The gravy, if you can call it that was like a warm brown pudding. My second drink never came and the waitor never even inquired as to why most of our meals weren't eaten. Best part of the whole dinner was my little plastic cup of canned corn. Tasty and hot!

The waitress we had was on her third day hopefully that explains why she didn’t check on us we seated and it was 15 minutes before the waitress came over and said she didn’t know it was her table. we finally got our food. The appetizers bread was so hard for the spinach dip. It was so hard. I literally could snap them in half with one hand and they just snapped and cracked and crumbled. You’re still supposed to be warmed pita bread and the mashed potatoes definitely instant I would skip them if I was you and so I wanted some gravy for them to help make them taste better and I wanted to eat the cheese artichoke dip, but I couldn’t do that until we got softer pita that wasn’t hard as a rock I had to flag down the hostess eventually and another waitress to find my waitress because 20 minutes ahead were empty because she brought her food appetizer together, which was fine we did but she never checked to see if we wanted to drink we did and my time she came and we showed her the bread she went and got more problems by the time the bread came the cheese spinach dip was cold and when I said I needed something for the mashed potatoes she said she could give me butter, but gravy would cost me. I said that’s fine. She brought me gravy but no butter and I told him that I couldn’t eat the spinach dip because they got cold and she didn’t really have anything to say, and we needed napkins. She was gone. I couldn’t we had to catch her. She didn’t bring us back drinks positive about her is she did not reachover the child we had with us. she didn’t place things within her reach. I’ve had waitresses pour coffee over a child’s head like you know, reaching their arm across like seriously she did not do any of that. She was good when it came to the toddler. We were in a booth. I sat the child in the highchair because I know she won’t stay seated in a booster however, when we were cleaning up everything and took her to the bathroom to clean her up. brought her back to the table and there’s so much graffiti on the walls when I’m literally teaching her not to do that they could clean that up but they don’t obviously

It's a Chuck's... The only thing you should be getting here is the 6 dollar Heineken/cheap beer or the steaks. Frozen food as you can see the onion rings are clumped up... Some no longer rings lol. Due to defrosting then refreezing and of course defrosting again. Stick to the beer and steaks. Cheap. Nothing else no cocktails no other fish or foods.A friend against advice ordered a cocktail, the Cleary salt looked like slime cakes Glass, glass itself had smudges. The drink itself was lacking the flavor profile. This particular location the customer service is not good nor bad. People need to be told what to do and it seems they get it. So most of the times issues get addressed. But again it's a Chuck's. Don't expect much. I understand the business philosophy of this corporation but it results in low quality foods and talent. Budget place for beer and steaks. Nothing more.

Worst Chuck's experience ! I travel all over Ontario for work and often find myself eating at a Chuck's because their steak is decent for the price. My experience at this location was awful. First I tried to call for pickup, calling 3 times over 15 minutes with no answer, so I drove to the restaurant to order. Normally it's a 10-15 minutes wait but at this location almost 30-minutes. I normally get a loaded baked potatoe with the steak (medium rare), but they had no potatoes. Also got a caesar salad. When I got back to my hotel I realized they forgot the salad. From there it continued to go down hill... The fries were cold and the steak was not medium rare... The inside looked like it wasn't even cooked at all. I won't be back to this location and don't recommend it. Find another Chuck's location and drive the 15 extra minutes.

The overall experience was good. Plenty of vegetarian options to choose from. We had bruschetta, mozzarella sticks, loaded fries and pasta for the baby from the kids menu. The food was hot and tasty. The staff was polite and helpful. The place was clean too.
