My girlfriend and I sat at the bar at chuck tonight and even though they were ridiculously busy bartender Brian and Fadi provided amazing customer service to their customers and us. Food and drinks came out quick. They both worked well together helping each other throughout the night to make sure the customers were taken care of.. amazing job to both of them!!

Went for the half off appetizers. Food was really good and our server was Robinson. He was amazing, very polite and friendly. Experience was good but it looked like he was serving tables by himself which is unfair to him and the customers but props to him! He did a great job.

Our server Jamie was wonderful! She was attentive and very friendly. It was very busy and it seems like this restaurant is always low in staff but Jamie managed to handle it all. Thank you Jaime for providing a fast and excellent service!

What can I say! Best ever! The food was so good! My server Jamie was amazing and made us all feel so welcomed and took such amazing care of us. Definitely a must to visit for an awesome family dinner out!

Service : Drinks at the bar Frequency of visits : My regular Watering hole. Also where I start and end my nights when I go out on the weekend. I moved recently to the area and I come to this bar because the people who work here are real people, real stories and I always have a good conversation. Sometimes things can get feisty. Alcohol has that effect on people and some people are suffering with other issues in life. Yet I have seen genuine care through actions from Brian towards people and customers. Going above and beyond. This guy is one of my favorite bartenders. Period. And I have been to a lot of bars in Toronto to judge bars. He is a very direct communicator which can be taken the wrong way but we love it! It makes.. Brian.. Brian The guy has also saved my backside from countless heated debates from people and also racists. Anyone whose a person of color and Queer person can rest easy you will be safe. Brian does not care about your politics but will step in if people get physical. Brian is the “upholder of the bar laws”. Wherever he is Bartending, me and my friends will go there. We usually don't support Corporate Franchise usually but this guy is the reason we feel welcome. He is compassionate towards his staff and his Closing House game is one of the best I have seen at a bar. Spotless. Whoever opens up the next morning should love to work with him. If he isn't already, should be promoted for a management position immediately and be given a raise. A person with his demeanor and cool head can go places and handle any stressful situation. Also this place has the most horrible bathrooms in terms of size. How is this even accessible? Please fix this chucks management.

Specifically mentioned that food was not hot enough last time. this time food LOOK hot BUT no cutlery to eat with and by the time we had something to use the food already got cold. Told the server but the attitude was just bad. Took the meat back to heat it up but came out too dry. Definitely not consistent and the server felt that it was not their fault that the food was cold but we had nothing to eat with.

Stopped by to catch a game and drinks with friends. They got TV screens all round with a cool vibe. Standard beer service with a lively and friendly staff. But the Burger could be better. Will try something else on the menu for my next visit. Cool spot overall

Chuck’s Roadhouse Bar and Grill is a diamond in the rough. I would have never thought West Dale Mall could house such a quality place like this. My family of 5 adults and 1 child came here to celebrate a birthday. Everything from the service, ambiance, food and wait times were reasonable and satisfactory. We had a great time. You can’t beat the prices. It’s never really over crowded and the food is great. I recommend the steak and lobster tail. The only thing I’d recommend is putting a changing table for children in the washrooms to make it more family friendly and maintaining washroom cleanliness. All in all, Chuck’s Roadhouse on Dundas was a great experience.
