Chuck’s Roadhouse Bar & Grill

We've been long-time Chuck's customers and were thrilled when a location opened so close to home in Milton. The food quality, customer service and value for money are always consistent. A special thank you to the manager who ensured I did not leave the parking lot without my phone that I left behind on the table at the restaurant last night.

This location has mixed reviews but decided to check it out for myself and I’m glad I did. The best Chuck’s location that I’ve been to so far. It was a full house, yet the food came out relatively quickly, hot and well-seasoned. Our steaks and fries were cooked perfectly and had large portions. Shout out to whoever was in the kitchen, they know how to cook! Service was a bit slower but understandably so. Our server was as cool as a cucumber and was pleasant despite the volume of customers. I think there were 3-4 servers and 2 hostesses for the entire restaurant and they were working well as a team. Only downside was the draft coming in whenever the entrance door was opened so it was a bit cold. Also, the parking in the rear is a small lot that fills up quickly but its downtown Milton so nothing new there. They do tack on a 3% “honest to goodness fee”, but honestly it’s peanuts compared to what you’re getting so I don’t get all the complaints. Amazing value for money, regardless of the fee. Don’t let the negative reviews deter you, they’re busy for a reason!

Heard mixed reviews so had to try it for myself. Wow is the only thing I have to say. You won’t leave disappointed. The prices are beyond fair, service was good, atmosphere was nice and most importantly - the food surprised me with how good it was, given the price. We got an appetizer, 4 pints, a steak with fully upgraded sides, a full rack of ribs with fully upgraded sides, and dessert. Paid slightly over $100, which you probably can’t get anywhere else. Will be going here again, and again.

First time trying this location. The steak was well cooked but too salty and the chicken burger 🍔 was tasteless. Our server was great and the manager tried to remedy the burger situation. So 5 ⭐️ for service. The food needs to be improved.

Visiting from Calgary Alberta and stop by this restaurant to eat lunch with My brother. We had nachos, a burger and salad. really good food. Recommend 4 anybody to go down and enjoy. Thank you to the staff for the great customer service And Dhruvl For the accommodation.

Girlfriend and I are long-time Chuck's enthusiasts excited to go to Chuck's in Milton. We had a relatively normal start to our experience, had a waitress seat us, and we ordered our food. But when the food came out, it came out beautifully cooked on the outside. However, the inside was a horror story named "The Chicken Clucks back." Our chicken was raw! We had a discussion with the waitress who was blunt and stated that it was unforgivable and proceeded to take our chicken and presented it to her manager to get our money back for the food. Fortunately, she succeeded in getting the chicken off the bill. But the audacity that the manager had to come out and tell us that the chicken was a LITTLE undercooked! However, he did offer to give us take out of whatever is on the menu. For obvious reasons we had declined, we had a discussion of some store policies that are not relevant to the story. Girlfriend and I still tipped the waitress because she was nice. All in all, it's a dice roll. If you wanna eat here, just confirm if your food is cooked. Thank you for coming to my review. Please check the undercooked chickens if you're interested!

We visited on day 5 after opening and expected an extra long wait and not perfect service (unlike others in these comments that expected the world on opening week). But we were pleasantly surprised at the quick service and awesome food, especially with how busy it was. We will definitely make Chucks one of our go to places in Milton.

Opening night tonight. Luckily we found a table. The food was sloow but given that every table was occuppied, it was expected. Somehow they invited some college and won the loudest restaurant award. The youngsters made it a slightly less than appealing night,but then they were just having fun. Anything once on table, was great. Issue was with dirty plates that we ended up using.. since when we asked for replacement.. the staff took away ours and thats it. 20 mins later asked for plates and were given the same ones. Beers took 3 reminders and 40 minutes. The ambience is great and a slightly quieter crowd and better trained staff would go a long way for this place. Lots of seating. The strawberry salad was fab!!
