Good food, good service. Busy on Friday around 5pm as to be expected. Can't beat the price of this place tho! It's definitely a must try! Double chuck burger was massive!

I came here to eat with my fiance yesterday, Sam was my server and was absolutely outstanding, so sweet, punctual and attentive. Although the restaurant was quite busy last night, she made sure to prioritize us and keep good communication throughout the entire duration of our meal. She was so sweet! Ask for Sam if you come to this location! Never a disappointment here! Great food!

Outstanding Service and Expertise! I recently visited Chuck's Bar And Grill and had the pleasure of being served by Kaitlin. Their exceptional service and expertise truly made my experience unforgettable. From the moment I approached the bar, Kaitlin greeted me with a warm smile and a welcoming demeanor. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the drink menu, offering thoughtful recommendations tailored to my preferences. I was impressed by her ability to craft the perfect cocktail with precision and flair. Every drink was balanced, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What truly set her apart was her attentiveness. Despite a busy evening, they managed to make every guest feel valued, ensuring no glass went empty and every question was answered with patience and professionalism. Their passion for bartending shone through in every interaction, turning a casual night out into a memorable experience. I highly recommend stopping by Chuck's and letting Kaitlin take care of you. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

My daughter and I ventured to this location despite having HORRIFIC experiences at the other Hamilton location (a mere 5 minutes away). I must say, I was quite impressed. I attempted to order the ribeye. Our server, Hailey R, apologized and suggested the New York instead. When it arrived it was cooked to perfect. By no means is it the most flavourful steak but for 23 dollars, what can you expect? My daughter ordered pasta from the kid's menu. When it arrived it was COLD. My kiddo quickly informed Hailey who had it remade at the proper temperature (the bowl wasn't scorchj hot so I don't "think" they just microwaved it). To make up for it, Hailey comped our dessert- a delicious Klondike crumble. The service was great. The food was good (don't go here if you're expecting 28 day dry-aged premium cuts). The atmosphere was good. The price was on point. I don't care if they charge a 3% surcharge show me where else you find an 18oz domestic draft for $5.15 and less during the day and during Leaf games. We'll return to this location (and soon) while continuing to avoid the original location like the plague.

I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Chuck’s Roadhouse recently, and I can confidently say it was one of the best dining and drinking experiences I’ve had in a long time! Shannon, the bar manager, truly sets the tone for the whole place. She’s not only incredibly friendly but also so attentive to every guest, making sure everyone feels welcome and taken care of. Her team of bar staff is just as impressive—quick, efficient, and always with a smile. Whether you're grabbing a drink or enjoying a meal, you’ll be impressed by how fast and efficient the service is. The food at Chuck’s is consistently fantastic, with something for everyone on the menu. You can tell the staff takes pride in their work, and Shannon’s leadership really shines through in the great atmosphere she fosters. From the moment I walked in, I felt like part of the family. I highly recommend Chuck's Roadhouse for a great time—whether you're there for a casual meal, drinks with friends, or a fun night out! It’s easy to see why this place is so beloved. A question for Obsidian Group (they own Chuck’s)… how much does it cost to lose a regular customer vs making things right? We went for dinner to Chuck’s, a place we’ve regularly visited since our friends introduced us to the franchise. They really liked the place finding the value, food and atmosphere a fun place to be. That evening we agreed that we won’t return and will find another place to frequent. Too many issues happened that time. The service was subpar and the food was not good. It was not busy as the restaurant was less than half full. Looking around I see allot of (what looked like) management. They did allot of chatting amongst themselves unaware that customer service was lacking. It took an unusual amount of time to get our drinks and even an unacceptable amount of time to get refills, even after leaving our empty glasses at the edge of the table. Management and expediters walked by the empty glasses not paying attention. The expediter came to our table numerous times and didn’t notice our drinks were empty. Moving on, our food arrived and we had no silverware. I ordered the rib and chicken leg. The chicken (or the basting sauce) was bad. I ate the leg and thought that something tasted off. One bite into the thigh and I spit it out. I told our server and we agreed that I should get the wings instead. Eventually she returned with 4 wings lol. Anyhow, no manager came to check on us after this and our bill came charging me full price for my meal. We found that odd. No discount or offer for free dessert. My wife’s fish and chips was a 5/10 (overcooked, dried out and only ate half of it), my friends steak was tough and chewy so he packed it to go to feed to his dog at home. Our table of 4 spent well over $150 and left unhappy. Maybe the managers need to focus less on filling the dining room and focus more on the customers in the dining room. Doing that will ensure the dining room fills itself.

"Wow, what an incredible experience at Chuck's Roadhouse Pub! The atmosphere was electric, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely phenomenal. We ordered some Bruschetta bread, Veggie Nachos and it was cooked to perfection. The flavors were rich and savory, and the portion size was generous to say the least. The service was top-notch, with our server checking in on us regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the food and drinks. I've been to many pubs in the area, but Chuck's Roadhouse Pub stands head and shoulders above the rest. I'll be back again and again, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal and a fun night out.

Went to try Chuck’s as the new location had just opened up. Food was great, and prices were reasonable. The service was a bit slow but it was a Saturday night and the place was busy (so a bit understandable).
