Unfortunately, although the food here is great, the service is lacking. Having been here several times, I can confidently say that the service has been horrid each time. The latest experience I had was particularly horrible. The wait for a table was nearly an hour, even though there were multiple tables that were vacant (though not cleaned). The server was pondering around and avoiding to clean the tables, even after we kindly requested if the vacant table could be cleaned for our party of 5. Mind you, we have been waiting roughly 45 minutes before this request was made. When the tables were finally cleaned, the server approached us aggressively stating “we don’t allow take-away after 9pm, by the way”. She was implying that we are unable to take our food “to go” if there were leftovers, which was such an odd policy for a restaurant. If the reason was due to a lack of containers, then understandable. But she gave zero explanation and just said that it was “policy” and if we had any leftovers, it would go straight to the trash. We have not even sat at our table nor ordered any food yet. The server then rushed us to order our drinks and food, even though we were seated no longer than a minute. We were waiting for a couple more people to arrive, and our server was asking us to put in their drinks even though they were not present. We ordered a handful; one of the dishes that usually comes with sour cream was missing the sour cream. So it would only be reasonable to request for a side of sour cream, right? Wrong. Our server told us that she would have to charge us $2 for the sour cream, so forget it. Now, each table should come with a bottle of Tabasco sauce, right? Wrong. So we asked for the bottle of Tabasco sauce and ketchup. We were told there was no more ketchup (?), and the server brought us a side of Tabasco sauce without the bottle. No big deal, so we thought. When the bill came, there was a miscellaneous charge of $1. I thought the server might’ve accidentally charged us for the sour cream, which I declined. When I inquired, the server said the $1 charge was for the side of Tabasco sauce. I was baffled. Am I really being charged for a sauce that should’ve been on the table side to begin with? I asked the server why she wouldn’t have told me to begin with, to which she replied “I thought you should’ve known. Do you want the $1 removed or something?”. Well, I thought she should’ve known it was her job to inform us first. There were many more little aggressions here and there, but the above were the main issues. Aside from that, the food was good and came quick. Sadly, this young lady’s service just had to ruin it all. TLDR; horrible service, decent food. Better off to go to the Chuck’s on Queen and Kennedy.

I was there like few weeks ago and usually i don’t care enough to leave a review but this time its important as its not the way an employee should talk to a customer. So there was this baldy over there who was really rude to us for no reason and i understand hindi but i think he didn’t know that so he said something in hindi that’s offensive to me just cuz we were asking for a pitcher? Make it make sense i was happy on that day and didn’t wanna ruin my mood so i said nothing at that moment but im never going back there. The rest was all great food, other servers, atmosphere. He lost his mind with his hair.

Went there for drink with my friends and they served the drinks like this. It happened on our 1st and 2nd both visits. 1st visit we thought it was by mistake but it happened again.

This restaurant is nestled at the intersection of Brampton's bustling arteries, where the symphony of traffic competes with the sizzle of grills. This, my friends, is where the masses come to gorge themselves on what passes for a carnivorous experience in suburban Canada. As I approach, I'm greeted by a façade that screams "chain restaurant" louder than a line cook's obscenities during a dinner rush. The promise of outdoor seating catches my eye, but let's be real – who wants to savor their meal while inhaling exhaust fumes and watching the endless parade of city trucks and SUVs? It's about as appealing as a vegan potluck at a slaughterhouse. Inside, the atmosphere is a carefully crafted illusion of new rustic charm, as authentic as a politician's smile. The menu, a laminated testament to focus-grouped mediocrity, offers the usual suspects. But let's cut through the bs and get to the meat of the matter. I order the steak, medium-rare, because if you're going to do something, do it right or don't bother. To my surprise, it arrives exactly as requested – a small victory in the world of mass-produced cuisine. The beef, while not going to win any awards, is decent. The onion rings, however, are a different story. Crispy, golden halos of deep-fried glory, they're the kind of guilty pleasure that makes you forget about your arteries for a moment. But let's not kid ourselves. This place is to fine dining what I am to sobriety – a distant, occasionally nodding acquaintance. It's a cog in the great machine of franchise dining, churning out acceptable fare for the masses who simply don't care. As I pay my bill and step back into the Brampton night, I'm left with a feeling of ambivalence and the smell of the nearby shawarma restuarants. Was it terrible? No. Was it transcendent? Again no. But in a world where genuine experiences are increasingly rare, sometimes you take what you can get – even if it comes with a side of corporate uniformity and the roar of traffic.

Let me start by saying I love Chucks Roadhouse however, this location not so much… they lack basic customer service skills and respect. Only reason I really consider this Chucks location is because it’s close to home but you’re better off going to the Kennedy location instead! Way better service & way more space. Still don’t know why they decided to get rid of union burger for this GARBAGE

Great dine in experience, food and servers are both amazing. Servers are friendly and have a nice chat. Sports and events are always on with good music. During my visit had a pitcher, and a few appetisers, chicken wings, nachos and garlic bread. Note after 9 pm appetisers are half price. Do check daily offers for regular offers and happy hours are amazing too. Must visit. Only marks if I have deduct would be for unclean washrooms.

The steaks were cooked right when we ordered medium rare. Beer price is the best in town. Services was good. Overall price is very fair and affordable, good business model, love it. I always enjoy the porterhouse steaks at Chuck’s. The corn is a bit skinny. We sat and ate comfortably. Kids friendly.

First time at a Chuck's restaurant. Pretty good menu, something for the entire family. Beer on tap, wine and cocktails, and tasty desserts. Our server Kennyah was totally awesome, friendly and gave good recommendations, a super server. I will absolutely go back because of the service and food. Very kid friendly.
