Chloe's Convenience

As a person born and raised in HK, I've been eating bagged noodles my entire childhood. I've never eaten one that's as good as Chole's convenience! Their noodles are chewy, lots of sauce combined and their toppings are imported from Japan! The mini octopus is highly recommended!!! Ps their noodles are salty- yes and they use bags- not eco friendly, but it's the authentic taste and the right way to do HK bagged noodles.

I have found my current addiction! Last week I had Chloe's noodle 3 days back to back. So many toppings to choose. Hong Kong Style Traditional cold noodles with your choices of toppings mixed in a delicious sauce full of umami with your choice of spice level. I've been going back to experiment with different toppings and will definitely be back for more. They offer snack size or a larger size as a meal. It’s also nice that they offer vegetarian options for people who do not eat meat. I highly recommend giving Chloe's Convenience a try if you're in the Pacific Mall/ Markham area 5/5

The noodle is from Japan and of prime quality. Its texture is al dente. That's explains why the owner proudly emphasizes the noodle's place of origin. Octopus, shark fin (assimilated?), scallop edge and garlic are selected. They are fresh. Their taste is also well balanced. Not too salty. The sauce is also nice and takes the noodle and the food to another level. More importantly, the shop is clean and tidy. This gives you great confidence to purchase their food. The owner is friendly and attentive. This offers you a delightful experience in visiting their shop. Follow their Instagrams account and get an accessory food free.

Need snack ideas while visiting Pacific mall? Check out this cute little stall on the second floor for Hong Kong styled bag noodles. Cold noodles with a choice of different spice levels & a variety of toppings to choose from. To start, you get to choose the size of noodles you would like, bag $1.50 & box $4. Then choose the toppings which vary in prices between $1-$3 (minimum 3 toppings) & then pick your spice level before it all gets mixed together and given to you to enjoy.. My opinion, for the portion size, it was on the pricey side (mine was $7) but it definitely was fun to try. The owners of the shop were very friendly and the shop itself, was kept very clean, neatly organized with fresh looking toppings. If your in the mall, check it out, fun to try ☺️

Perfect for a quick on the go kinda snack. Noodles and toppings are flavourful and decently priced. The staff are super friendly and informative. They have the option of the classic HK bag style or if you require a bigger portion they also sell in a takeout container box size as well.

Finally got around to trying Chloe's at Pmall and their HK street food, bagged noodles. We got the snack size with inari, seaweed salad and takowasa. Really liked all the flavours but ended up costing a bit more than expected (~$7) for the amount of noodles/toppings. Great to see this HK snack option and still a very tasty treat.

Cute, on the go, lite, yet delicious noodles. Jellyfish shark fin, chilli escargot, woody mushrooms, quail eggs, marinated scallops and many bite sized veggies to choose and incorporate into your little bag. Loved the idea and the flavors! Very sweet and friendly 2 person staff, tho expect to wait during the weekends… long lines!

The noodles are very flavourful and the toppings are a great plus. My favourites are their seaweed salad, kimchi octopus, and snail with kimchi sauce. The owner of the booth is always happy to serve and recommend toppings. I recommend getting the box for a filling lunch.
