Chipotle Mexican Grill

As so many people already said in the reviews, the food quality is terrible. Came here twice and both times it was terrible. First time there was too many workers and they were all talking to me at the same time, like how do you except people to respond when you keep talking over each other? Complete chaos when I had two orders going on. Second time the chicken was completely salty and tomatoes were sour. Just drive a bit more and go to Woodbine location. I've never had a bad experience at Woodbine.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever had. I asked for basically everything and barely anything was on it. There was only rice, beans, veggies and steak. There was no salsa, hot sauce, sour cream, corn, guacamole or lettuce in it. I ordered it off of Uber Eats, I double checked all the ingredients that I selected, and I definitely did select them. Uber Eats wasn’t very helpful either, refunded me $5 and for some reason withdrew back $3 from the Uber Cash. Truly disappointing.

I recently visited this Chipotle location for the first time, and I was pleased with my experience. I ordered three soft-shelled chicken queso tacos, and I found the food to be warm, contrary to some reviews that mentioned cold servings. The portion size seemed reasonable based on my expectations. Dine-in Experience: As this is a new branch, there are only three dine-in tables available. However, the turnover is quick, which aligns with the fast-casual dining concept. If other guests are observant enough, the section where the spoons located and just in plain sight thus no need to bother the staff. Food Quality: As someone who is particular about my food, I found the tacos to be quite enjoyable. I appreciate the flexibility to customize ingredients to suit my preferences. They also offer vegan and vegetarian options. Service: I observed that the staff made a strong effort to multitask, including cleaning the dining area and floors, even though it is typically the responsibility of patrons to clean up after themselves. It could have been due to a staffing shortage or the busy holiday shopping period, but the cash register service was somewhat slow. More training for staff in this regard may be beneficial. There was a minor issue with an order for another customer, but the staff handled it professionally by promptly preparing a new bowl, which demonstrates their quick problem-solving skills. Cleanliness: The staff was diligent in ensuring that the tables and floors were clean. The open grill setup allowed for visibility into food preparation. However, there were instances where the team responsible for the toppings bar overlooked spills and did not wipe them promptly. It's important for the staff assigned to this area to maintain cleanliness and stay attentive to such details.

Saw the other reviews but so far I have been fine. I have been mobile ordering to go since they opened and the portions are normal. Never had to wait long for my order. Staff are always friendly and smiling!

Got the smoked brisket bowl. Portions are good and service was fast. No issue with the taste either. This location is new so maybe their quality control might be lacking due to inexperienced employees. But I didn't have any issues. The only problem is the lack of seating with only 3 small tables. Expect to do takeout or walk to the food court in the mall about 5 mins away.

I absolutely LOVE Chipotle and will go to one whenever I'm close, so I was excited to see this location opening in Markville since it will be the closest one to me. Even after reading multiple reviews on how small the portions are before going in, I was still disappointed. The staff seemed to be completely disorganized. The seating was dirty and the portion sizes were very small, my Canitas Burrito was about half the size that I'm used to from Chipotle. I'm not sure if the owners specifically old the employees to cut the portions down or what, but it was crazy. At this point I don't know if I'll give it another shot.

This Chipotle location is more of a takeout spot with a seating capacity of 17. I tried to order on the app and romaine lettuce showed up as "unavailable" even though they were filling orders with lettuce right in front of me. I was told it was because they were low on lettuce (this was around noon). I ordered the kids quesadillas here and noticed that they were not wrapped in foil like the other locations nor was it heated enough. The other locations wrap the kids quesadillas tightly in foil before they press it so the cheese inside actually melts and it stays warm for a bit afterwards. The quesadillas were more like a soft taco today for the little ones that fell apart. Carnitas were a bit dry too. Staff overall were friendly and the drink station was clean but location definitely needs some time to work things out (like making sure there's enough lettuce an hour into the day, one of the drink dispensers was also out of order, sort out portioning for customers, etc.).

I ordered on the app and had to wait 20 minutes despite it not being busy. It seems like this store does not check for online orders unless asked about. The cashier was nice and apologetic about the wait, which I appreciated. After I finally get my food, I left the store, and when I open it, they gave me someone else’s order, needing me to go all the way back for my actual order. I handed the bowl to them and let them know I was given someone else’s order and another lady (presumably the manager?) took the bowl and handed me my order, no apology or anything. She took it back, and then called out what presumably was the name on the bowl (not for sure on this as I was in a rush to leave as I already had to go back for this) that I just gave back to her!!! What if I had opened the bowl already? Was that just going to be given to the other customer to eat? What if my order was opened by the person who wrongly received mine and they just handed it back to me? That is extremely unsanitary. I recommend checking if you’ve received your correct order if you order online, before you leave the store. I was excited for the new location but this is extremely disappointing. No one should have to risk eating already opened by someone else (and possibly contaminated) food because they can just take back wrong orders and hand them out again!
