If I can give zero review I will do, the reason is because I found an insect in a burrito bowl, and then I contact the manager, he said he will offer me a new one, but he never mention or asking what ingredients I have, then he could have more ideas where the insect came from, very unskilled, unprofessional as a restaurant manager, he doesn’t understand people will get sick from it.

We ordered veg bowl and this is what we got hair in the bowl , we asked to have brown rice instead of white and the staff said we will give you brown and after all of this mess manager is denying the fact that we said something like . They are rude to us on call and said call uber for order we cant do anything Very disappointing

Ordered this kids make your own tacos for $8.50 for my toddler and they barely added any meat (chicken). I asked them to fill the portion properly and she started arguing that this is a kids portion and she can’t add more!! Won’t be coming here again super rude staff!

Ordered a carnitas bowl but barely got any carnitas. Each mouthful of food was like I was eating rice and beans, only getting a small taste of carnitas every 6-7 spoonfuls. Imagine the type of meal a single mother could feed her 8 children, you’d be having a more fulfilling meal than this. This thing is so sparse with carnitas, i took the liberty to snap a photo so all y’all can play where’s Waldo with my carnitas, good luck.

The Chipotle location here is far better than the ones at STC and Shop @ Don Mills. Food is fresh, fast and friendly customer service, and big portions. Do not go for the burrito. Always go for the bowls and make sure to add guac.

Love the chicken bowl, corn salad, fajita veggies, and the tiny hot sauce bottle. I heard that people were complaining about the portions and it’s true, sometimes they’re pretty stingy. One tip I would give is to select the “Extra” option on the Chipotle app if you’re picking up!

I won't be back, I buy from this location often. This afternoon I bought three burritos to take out, and when I was about to finish the barbacoa burrito,I found a small piece of plastic. This is a very serious public food safety issue. If Chipotle management can see this, please come up with a solution to solve the problem asap!

I really like this location. I have been there so many times. Recently I have ordered twice from DoorDash one time i got one stone and second time big pit of avocado. And last time it is not even warm. Please be careful If you don’t wanna loose your customers … hope next time i wont be surprised with another new thing
