I absolutely love ChickQueen! Their fried chicken is hands down the best I’ve ever had—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of flavor. Knowing that everything is 100% halal makes it even better! They have an amazing variety of options, from their signature fried chicken to burgers, wraps, and even delicious sides. The food is always fresh, and the staff is super friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

We visited Chick Queen Oakville location and loved the menu, we ordered spicey chicken tenders, fried chicken and burgers... everything tasted great (try their chickqueen sauce) the customer service was very good and their was alot of free parking. Must visit !!!

We came here for a Saturday lunch and were pleasantly impressed by the taste and quality of the food. The menu includes variety of fried and grilled chicken options. The staff taking our order was very friendly and helped us with what to order. We ordered “Royal Crunchy Sandwich”, 3 pieces of “Chicken Strips”, 3 pieces of “Fried Chicken”, ChickQueen Dipping Sauce, fries and biscuit. You can choose your spice level, which we went with spicy. All chicken pieces were fresh and juicy, and perfectly cooked. We really loved ChickQueen sauce as it was a great addition to the spices used for the fried chicken.

I stopped here for lunch while running errands. The staff was very sweet and helpful. I had a baby with me so the cashier girl dropped the food at the table and came by to ask if I needed anything. The food was decent. I got the spicy sandwich. It was crispy and had a little desi flavour which is nice if you like that flavour profile. I liked it. Would recommend.

**DO NOT COME HERE FOR FOOD!!!** I had takeout from this place before, and it was good, so I decided to eat at the restaurant this time. Big mistake. **First, the food:** The chicken was unbelievably dry. The mashed potatoes tasted weird, and the gravy smelled sour like it had gone bad. **Second, the service:** The cashier had a poker face the whole time, making me feel like I owed her a hundred dollars. After I paid, she just threw the receipt on the counter, completely ignoring my outstretched hand. **Last, food safety:** We swear we saw someone in the kitchen squatting on the floor with two buckets of chicken also on the floor! This is a blatant violation of food safety codes! Too bad we didn’t get a picture of it. Oh, and when I looked through other one-star reviews and the owner's replies, I noticed the responses were AI-generated. The owner didn’t even bother to remove the [your name] placeholders from the AI template. So, if you care about what you eat, **DO NOT COME TO THIS RESTAURANT!!!** I am extremely disappointed about the quality of the food, the service, and especially what I saw regarding food safety.

4.4 / 5 - much better than I expected - but I was in a rush. So they didn’t even have a chance to make something fresh. I gambled and took a sandwich that was made and in the heater. I would usually never do that - but was headed to fine dining and wanted to pad my stomach before dinner. The spicy chicken - unbelievable - bread/bun was okay - but the star was the chicken - by my 2nd bite, I looked down at the sandwich like “are you really this food”. It got scored well because I’m looking forward to going back. Harman the server was nice. I think the place could improve its service - but that’s an owner issue. Also no Coke Zero - only Diet Coke. So there is room for improvement. I’m looking forward to trying the grilled chicken next time.

I found the food to be good, although not exceptional. I particularly enjoyed the tandoori fries and strips, but I was not a fan of the sandwich and the fried chicken. The service was also good, the staff was friendly and accommodating. In terms of price, I found it to be reasonable and in line with my expectations.
