Absolutely the WORST service you could experience waited for 3 customers to be served 20 mins when I finally got to order they had no white meat was told ANOTHER 20 MINUTES 40 minutes for a 5 peice meal Absolutely discusting never go here and waste your time and money

Need to do a better job with "large orders". Shove everything in a large container. Gravy thick and maaad salty 🤤🤤 compliments the chicken fingers and potato wedges proper. Dem wedgies was fluffy not dry flavorful. Wheelchair accessible. Chicken fingers seem baked nice crunch to it. Potato wedges are awesome better than what KFC used to offer. $61 skip dishes....Dem mashed taters maaaane WHAAAAT???!! Buttery tastes like real taters 🤤🤤🤤 awesome wit that gravy. Gravy has chocolate pudding consistency

Both the fried chicken and the chicken wings were really good. It was really crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside and it was filled with flavour. The gravy was a nice addition of flavours to the chicken. The service was also good since the workers were very nice and welcoming. Overall, I would come back again and I hope they expand soon so they can have lots of tables for dine in.

The staff at this location are Awesome. Super polite and helpful, it makes a difference. Their chicken is always delicious and consistent. Every time you order it, it's made fresh and it tastes as good as the last time you had it. The fries can be hit or miss (Depending on the oil) however, I will recommend and visit this chick n joy location all the time because of consistent good food and great service.

This chick-n-joy location has been in this area for about 50 years and is amazing! The ladies at the front provide exceptional service and the store is always clean. The chicken is always cooked to perfection - juicy on the inside but crispy on the outside and oh so craveavle! The gravy is really good and all the salads are good too. A plus for me is that they have coke products. Great value for money. For family-sized orders, it is good to call ahead (if you don’t want a 15-minute wait) as they can get quite busy. Only cons for me: I don’t love the biscuits and they do not salt their fries (and IMO, this has to happen as soon as they are out of the fryer) but they will salt on request. Note that there is no dine-in option. Also note that they are now open on Sundays.

New update, December 20, 2024 The food is AH-MAZING!! Great experience! Extremely delicious fried chicken, you'll keep coming back for more. Fantastic staff. Love it!!!! Highly recommended!

The crispy Chicken breast and wings were pretty good , real nice flavour and salty …. Nice and krispy too. BUT the Caesar salad was absolutely blah and nothing appealing about it at all, it was poorly done. Even the Caesar dressing was pretty bad. DO NOT get the chicken nuggets or the mashed potatoes!! The chicken nuggets were horrible. The little container of mashed potatoes was awful , it tasted like watered down milk , it didn’t taste like potatoes at all …. But customer service was awesome ! They were real nice and friendly .
