The cashier wasn’t bad at her job! Oct 18/24- whenever I’d come here I’d surely get waffle fries! While I made my rounds downtown, I got hungry for a snack and this store is amazing, not as good as American one though. Yasmin helped me and she made sure my experience was amazing! I’ll definitely return!

The food court was packed but the line moved fast. Overall Great service, super quick and the food was hot and tasty. One of our top favourite places in this food court.

I think the name of the cashier was Lucas, he is a very sweet person, his conversation and serve is very sincere. Other than that, chicken taste is absolutely AMAZING. I bought the spicy deluxe burger combo and the price is affordable. The drinks are large, the fries are enough and it comes with two sauces, which increases the price performance a lot. They take the order while you are in line, which saves us time, which is very good.

There is something off about the food at this location. The portions are off and the bread and chicken taste different. Even the drink (frosted lemonade) tasted off. What is going on at the Yorkdale Chikfila? I think someone in corporate needs to do a visit to this location for quality control. This is the second time I’ve come and the second time I’ve had a stale bun and the chicken was the smallest I’ve ever seen on the sandwich and it tasted weird. Like McDonald’s chicken 🤢. I couldn’t finish it.

Ordered the Cobb Salad 🥗 with grilled nuggets(Crispy bell peppers and Avocado Lime Ranch dressing). I was impressed ... really impressed. I used to go to this "Little Redhead girl's restaurant" for Cobb salad. I am glad that they opened one up in STC it's a trek to goto Yorkdale. There was this cashier (3rd day on the job) that was above and beyond in service letting me know that my order was on the way and trying to make conversation with me. Keep up the good work ... you got a new regular customer! 👍🏻

Way too salty! Compared to the American locations, the food here is way too salty! The chicken was overcooked and almost burned and the fries are just pure sodium. Please add less salt to your batter. The chicken pieces are much smaller than the US counterpart as well. Prices are similar. The service is excellent as always. Everyone is very nice and patient.

It was a wonderful day to get some legendary chick-fil-a. The line is always there for this place but it was moving quickly and they were taking orders mid way through line, by time you got to cashier your order was basically ready. The staff was friendly and ample. I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe combo and it was great. Very juicy, crunchy, and fresh. I advice to ask for a sauce so you can put it as a topping on your burger, they got a list of sauces on their counter, i chose ranch. Overall i would definetly come here again!

The most efficient experience at any fast food. Line up was so long but they had a line and 2 staff who were taking orders as you stood in the line before getting to the cash. If you change your mind while waiting in line, flag the person and you can update the order. Once you get to the cash you give your name and your order is ready. The wait time was shorter and the efficiency was so amazing! Food tasted great - as always!
