Service is good. But the food is quite different from other branches. Chicken strips are completely frozen. Why would I need to buy frozen food from a restaurant. I would have gone to STC chill fill A itself. That’s the best.

Always love going to chick fil a locations and this one was great. I really had an excellent experience here. From the usual taking orders in the lineup to the actual staff member that helped us out at the cash. All super friendly and helped with a smile The food was typical chick fil a. Chicken burgers were tasty and the spicy always has a small kick to it. The chick fil a sauce and the Polynesian are always my go to. Not sure, but there weee a ton of bottles behind the front cash employees, so possibly it’s able to be purchased. Will have to ask next time. One thing I forgot that you should always add to your order is the sun joy lemonade. Super refreshing especially with the warm weather coming up now. Lots of parking available in the shops on don mills and right outside the chick fil a too. Great job overall

The food tasted okay like a typical fast food. We ordered two Spicy Chicken Deluxe sandwich combos with waffle fries. The sandwich was put together very sloppy (see photos). The dine-in area is clean and welcoming.

Service was fantastic and I appreciate that one of the staff members were handing out mints. However, the food was just sad - the burgers were barely warm and lacked substance. I loved chick fil a when I had first tried it downtown but what I got here at this location in Don mills made me sad. FYI, it is not halal.

Wow they really deserve 5 stars, Chicken sandwich were delicious, both the deluxe and the spicy deluxe. The spicy one was a bit on the salty side but still good. Iced coffee kept its strength even after the ice melted. 👍 Still can’t believe we had such service for a fast food place simply outstanding but a bit over the top and excessive service wise to be honest. Staff kept going around to the tables asking if everything was alright and giving customers wet wipes and mints which was nice but we were there for 15mins and they came around 4times! At each time we simply said no thanks, and at the end the staff still left us some mints at the table. I understand they want to give good customer service because customers will complain and leave bad reviews but seriously this is a fast food restaurant my only expectation was to order my food and if they got the orders right and food was good I’m pretty satisfied. Now my bar is set higher for all other fast food services. How dare they do this! They have changed my expectations from here on.😆 Parking was good and plentiful, they even have spots for pick up. Very convenient location at shops of donmills. Nice clean and bright shop with wide doorways and hallways for easy accommodation of wheelchairs and strollers! Excellent all around!

The food was delicious, I like their large variety of sauces. The staff was extremely nice even though it took them quite a while. The restaurant was clean, except for the washroom, they probably don't check it very much there, because it looked worse than in some pub.
