I had an exceptional experience at Chicago’s Pizza Twist ! From the moment we arrived, Aman, the front-end staff member, went above and beyond to make us feel valued and appreciated. Their attention to detail and friendly service truly made our first visit special. On top of that, the food quality was outstanding, and the ambiance was perfect. Highly recommend!"

We ordered a pitcher, and the server brought us one, but it tasted different, so we asked if it was draught beer. She said our tap was not working, so I overturned some beer bottles into the pitcher. We were so disappointed and couldn't believe restaurants do that on slow Mondays. It would have been nice if she told us when we ordered. I don't blame her, and I am sure she was told by the restaurant owner to do so. And then we ordered fries, and it came with takeout ketchup packets, so we asked for the bottle instead, and our server said they ran out of ketchup. I don't remember when was the last time someone at a restaurant told me they ran out of ketchup and that too on each and every table. I am never going back, considering the service and experience I had to go through.

I recently visited this place , their spring rolls are the best , alfredo pasta is not so good but their hot choco lava cake with ice cream is so delicious

I had a disappointing experience. I saw the female staff using the same gloves to deliver my food that she had just used to mop the floor. When I questioned her about it, she quickly changed the subject by saying that the gloves had been cleaned. Additionally, I encountered rude staff multiple times who clearly lacked basic customer service skills. This experience was far below expectations and management needs to raise concerns about hygiene and professionalism.

My first time at Chicago Pizza Twist was today and the food was incredible and the presentation was absolutely gorgeous! The decor and atmosphere was very eye pleasing and the staff are very welcoming. I Will return soon to try some pizza!

If I could give a 0 I would. Pre made dough no flavour at all Toppings taste like cardboard Worst pizza I think I’ve ever had 50 bucks for 2 pizzas and a garlic bread Look elsewhere for the sake of pizza
