Chiba Japanese Restaurant

The Japanese is authentic and delicious. As a Japanese lover, I highly recommend this. The sashimi is fresh and the ramen tastes as good as those I had in Japan. The most important thing is it is cheap. $13.99 for daily specials. It also has bubble tea. Love it.

Tasty food, nice ambiance, not too crowded on a weekday lunch. Waiter was very nice. Would come back again and will diffinitely recommend.

The ambiance of this place is great, especially if you’re looking for somewhere to sit and relax for a long time. The sushi was good, and the lunch specials looked appealing. However, the sashimi was just average, and the octopus was a bit chewier than expected. Unfortunately, the service was quite slow. One of the biggest disappointments was being told an hour after ordering that certain items weren’t available, and they also forgot some of our orders. Overall, it’s a decent spot for casual dining, but the service could use significant improvement!

Servers have no pleasant greeting to welcome you as step into the restaurant n no smile at all. We have to ask for water or tea after being ignored for 10 min as we sat down. Ordered a beef Ramen in soup ; worst beef Ramen ever.Beef is tastless like meat frozen for years...Beef is pale white colour, not look like beef color at all.We complained n server didn't even apologized for serving under standard food n simply told us it is beef ; basically telling us that we are wrong n lying 😡.Will never go back or recommended any friends to eat there.

I highly recommend this place, i am a regular customer with my family for several years now. The service is great, the waitresses are super nice and helpful! Food is always amazing, I often order the short rib bento or the salmon bento, along with the torched salmon sushi. The wait is not too long and the background music will entertain you! Amazing experience dining at the Chiba restaurant!! :) P.S. bubble tea is great too!

After four years i finally got an opportunity to eat here and i regret not coming here earlier so so much!!! We tried the ramen and it was 10/10 We tried maki rolls and it was 10/10 That sushi chef knows what hes doing They have a killer kani salad that i lovedd The atmosphere is so wonderful too and i cant wait to eat here again!

Nice modern and spacious renovated restaurant. Staff speak Mandarin, so not authentically Japanese, but it's fine. Large portions are provided at affordable prices, and everything tastes good. It costs $4 to add a large specialty drink to a meal, which is a decent price. They have a large menu selection of Japanese dishes including desserts. I will return to this restaurant.

We didn't expect to find such a hidden gem, but we did! The staff were wonderfully pleasant and attentive, offering great options for us. The portions were bigger than we thought, and the flavour was pretty good! We'll definitely mark this down as a Favourite, and come here whenever we're in the neighbourhood...
