Big Disappointment. Nothing was good except forbthe garlic sauce. Veggies tasted bad. The shawarma became mushy and saugy in no time. Tastless food. Even the fries tasted bad. Never going back. Not recommended Waste of money, time.

I had a great time at this restaurant. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff were friendly. The food was delicious and well-prepared. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to eat.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I usually don’t write reviews but this place is an absolute SCAM! My partner and I found this place through their Youtube Channel by Chef Abdel and we badly wanted to try their food since then, especially their hummus (it looked so velvety in the video). So, we ordered for “Mixed Grill for 2” and it costed us $37 with taxes included. With all the raving reviews about their large portion sizes and amazing food, we trusted it would be too much for us to eat at their place and went with takeout option while paying. I have attached the pictures below: 1. Very very small portion size for $37 meal. We love Mediterranean food and we have been to many places in and around GTA. The minimum portion size we have gotten for this price is at least a small tray! This would have costed max $20 if we had bought from somewhere else (even better places with quality food). 2. The person who did our order took hummus straight from their freezer and put directly into the takeout container (it looks lumpy and doesn’t look anywhere near to the one we saw in the video). 3. We tasted the lamb and it was super overcooked and hard! Almost $40 for this trash meal. Never have I regretted buying a meal this much, complete SCAM!! 4. When we asked about all of these, the person replied saying this is what he has been serving for past 6 years of service (his service was super rude too). I am sorry to say but either the reviews here are misleading or the person who did the order just scammed us! This place is an absolute disappointment!

Got recommendations from their staff and they didn’t disappoint at all. The space is so clean, they make everything in front of you & it’s def worth it! We had their chicken lunch entree + their Saj Chicken wrap with their recommended pineapple malt drink ! It was made in a timely manner and tasted very fresh :)

I recently visited Chef's Door for the first time, and it was an excellent experience. The chicken shawarma platter with an Egyptian twist was a delightful surprise, bursting with flavor. The customer service was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The restaurant itself was clean and inviting. The Egyptian FALAFEL is a must try 😍 I highly recommend Chef's Door to anyone craving delicious food and a fantastic dining experience.

We tried their Wrap meal combo, the falafel were so fresh,crunchy and tasty.. The wraps were made customized for us since we were sharing it. The staff is super helpful. We ended having their chicken shawarma wrap as will. I Will definitely recommend and go back. It is reasonably priced as well considering the amount of filling comes with wrap. It is stuffed no corners cut there!!
