Chef Mustafa

Chef Mustafa’s is an ideal spot for a family-friendly dining experience! We visited with two friends, my spouse, and our child, and the restaurant catered perfectly to all of us. The adults enjoyed an incredible selection of dishes, including Iskender, manti, kusbasili pide, and lahmacun, while our child loved the specially made kids’ meatballs and lentil soup. The addition of high chairs and thoughtful accommodations for children made our visit effortless and enjoyable. To round off the meal, we savored baklava and kunefe, which were both irresistibly delicious. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, the staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and the easy parking made everything even better. Whether you're with family or friends, this place is a must-visit for an authentic and welcoming Turkish dining experience!

Very disappointed! Turkish cuisine is byfar my favorite. I soent a year in istanbul. The reviews seemed good so I tried the adana kebob dinner. Lacking the authentic flavour completely, no char, white pita I had to reseason and cook it a lil more just not waste the food. Presentation was nice and portion was reasonable but not worth it in my opinion. Tasted like awater down version. Rice was noht flavoured but cooked nicely. Ordered through ubereats .

I had the Mixed kebab platter to share, it was a feast to remember. Every single item like Adana, Lamb chops and chicken shish was seasoned great, grilled just right, and juicy. The mixed kebab platter came with buttery rice, roasted vegetables and fresh bread that paired so well with the meats. Salad was also great and fresh. The restaurant itself is spotless clean tables, a tidy and inviting ambiance. Even washrooms were well maintained. The staff here were so friendly they always made sure we had everything we needed. They made us feel right at home. Parking was so easy to find. I parked my car on Danforth street right in front of the restaurant. I highly recommend it for a family or friend outgoing!

Food:4. Service:4. Atmosphere:3.5 Food overall is good and they have good collection of wine (or we happened to pick one we really enjoyed). Lamb shank was well cooked and tasted rich. Onions and peppers came along enriched the flavor. The meat skewer was okay. Salad came along was a bit light taste wise. One thing to improve is hygiene as we visited the restaurant in early November and there were flies all over the place which was really bothering.

Visited on October 19, 2024. Initially, I wasn’t planning to leave a review, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. The food was very good — no complaints there. However, I noticed an issue when I decided to check my receipt afterward (which I usually don’t do). There was an entire dish added that we never ordered. Additionally, for just two patrons, the restaurant automatically included a 13% tip, which I topped up with another 17%, totaling a 30% tip. While the extra tip is not my main concern, the added dish was frustrating, especially since the establishment wasn’t busy at the time, making it hard to believe it was an honest mistake. Overall, despite the overcharge, I’m not docking too many points since I should have checked the receipt sooner. Just a heads-up to future diners: double-check your bill.

We ordered İskender and Beyti kebab. I couldn't wait to take a photo because I love Beyti so much 😂 Their pide was delicious. The spicy sauce was also delicious. Their service was very good, they are friendly and polite. A small suggestion, if the songs playing inside were a little more nostalgic, I think the atmosphere of the shop would be sweeter. Thank you for everything 🫶🏻

I had been looking forward to trying this restaurant for a while and today I stopped by for lunch. The service and staff are great. The food service is speedy and the appetizer came out pretty much straight away. This is a good thing especially if you are walking into a restaurant at 2:30 pm for late lunch with a hungry belly. The lamb chops were fantastic - well seasoned, tender and accompanied by a beautiful selection of vegetables, plump and soft rice, and peppers and onions for some spice and flavour. I will definitely return and bring friends here in the future.

This restaurant is really clean and the staff are very welcoming. Food tastes yummy, and the presentation is also very nice. Various kebab and Turkish dishes with plenty of mouth watering foods are ready for the customers. I like the decoration and cleanliness most. The staff are always concerned about the customer's need with a happy to serve attitude. The food price is reasonable. Overall, the restaurant environment is really good for spending your time with friends and family with delicious food and music. However, they also have outdoor sitting arrangements available. The washroom condition is also found well maintained. There is only one issue that might be a bit negative for the customer is the availability of car parking. Still, that's not a big deal, I guess! You just have to look around for a few minutes on the street to find free parking!
