Disgusting will never ever buy from here the wings r sooooo over priced and nasty the chicken taste very very old not and fully cooked the fries were frozen disgusting not clean and staff are soooo rude espically the young girl who was on cash will also tell my friends who frequent the mall to avoide at all costs.

I ordered a loaded nacho deluxe fries and what I was supposed to get and what I got was night and day. It was covered in some white sauce and the cheese wasn’t even melted. I don’t think they should be advertising one thing and giving you another. They need to take some authentic pictures.

I would say that the food was okay. Taste great yes, but expensive for what you get. I got a small cheesy steak sandwich and gourmet fries. My total was$20.20. It was my first time trying. I sat for me it was a great try but not my top option.

Can’t believe this was even fast food! The Philly steaks were actually so tasty! And spoke about it with my friend whose in Dubai, and would t you know it, it’s all over there too, he said! For what you pay, you really get more than worth the money. Got an extra large one to share with my son and it was so yum, we really didn’t want to share with each other lol The steak was juicy and loaded in with that nice layer of cheese. The bread was a little soft from the juices and was really hard to get a good pic in, but really really enjoyed this Philly steak Definitely a nice little find in woodbine mall! What better way to fill your stomach while visiting fantasy fair! I didn’t get to interact with the staff as my wife and son went to grab the food, but already cannot wait to go back and try more when I’m in the area! Great job on the food!

Tried to order a Philly cheesesteak. Young lady working was not cutting the meat and vegetables. I asked her several times but her lack of enthusiasm impacted her doing so. I asked for another person to try and upon her coming out she focused on one green pepper even though I asked for the meat to be done as they usually do. I was then informed the meat had been on the grill too long at this point and could not cut meat smaller. I finally asked for my money back and left without my dinner. Worker did not seem to care. Even though I expressed to her what I wanted she just continued as she was until I was frustrated and gave up. Didn’t seem to care that I was unhappy and leaving without my meal. At the end she offered to remake my sandwich but by then it was too little too late. A real display of just not caring. I have been going to this place for years. The owner is fantastic. Friendly and consistent in how she makes the sandwiches. Unfortunately she was not there tonight. I would have given no stars if I could have since I left without my meal.

Food here is really tasty! We had their Turkey Cheddar Melt and Bacon 3 Cheese steak; the meat is cooked in front of you on a teppan grill. The flavours of the ingredients combined deliciously with every bite. Their Ultimate Gourmet Fries and Nacho Fries also completed the meal. The downside however is they are super pricy... especially when compared with the small portion size. Agreeing with other reviewers, they are really stingy with the toppings as well. Customer service is friendly and efficient.
