Decided to try this restaurant while at the Square One food court. Ordered the boneless chicken after seeing it advertised as delicious and fresh. Then watched the employee take six small pieces and put it into a microwave to cook… 🍗

Charleys Cheesesteaks at Square One is definitely one of the cleaner food options in the mall. They make the food fresh right on the grill, which is a nice touch. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but the quality makes it worth it. I like that you can choose between Cheese Wiz or American cheese for your sandwich. Their strawberry lemonade is quite good, though it’s very sweet, so keep that in mind. The staff is friendly and accommodating, which made for a pleasant experience. I would definitely eat here again. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because they don’t offer any combo options, which would have been nice.

Honestly my favourite place to eat when I’m at square one. Sub is made in front of you every time. I always get the classic Philly cheesesteak with fries. From the lettuce, tomato and mayo, they all complement the Philly steak and the sub bread that they use very well. Each bite is tasty and almost like it melts in your mouth. The fries are also crispy and cut nicely. The number one place I recommend when at the square one food court.

My daughter order ubereats She got fries and when she got the delivery the box was open and instead fries in the box she got the fries in the bag. The box was open and even the bag wasn't closed properly, its just waist of money, because who wants to eat those fries. They not supposed to give orders to ubereats not closing the order properly, I don't know if someone didn't touch her food. This is very poor service. Never again I will order from them.

Please do not eat here. I ordered - 1. Ultimate fries 2. Small steak sandwich and fries. The ultimate fries had a hair. (I'm happy to share the pics). A take out/restaurant which cannot maintain basic hygiene requirements should not be handling food. The sandwich was with instructions for no lettuce. Clearly the staff cannot read simple instructions. Also, they did not include the small fries in the delivery. Eat at this place at your own risk.
