Local gem! Great food and great service! They have big portion of BBQ meat, tender and juicy with tasty sauce. The steamed egg was so soft. I love their side dishes especially their kimchi. This is a clean and cozy family type Korean restaurant and the owners were so friendly. Highly recommended!

Really quiet and chill place to eat, same review as Buk Chang Dong Soon Tofu Korean restaurant that I reviewed awhile back, I was craving for the soybean stew recently and saw this place before, I went in to try it if the stew was the same or different, maybe better or maybe worse, but it tasted the same which made me happy that it was the same, the two people was where was two friendly looking women, the whole place was a homey vibe like watching tv on the table and your mom makes you lunch, that was the vibe I was getting from this place, it’s honestly the best vibe I’ve felt ever when going out to eat, the lady was really nice and gave me a candy which I happily accepted. I want this place to be more packed with people, it most likely is, I just came around 1 which is pretty early, most likely it’s not busier and night, but I would want these two laddies and other people too to have great fortune in their business. Overall give this place a go and support them with the amazing food that they serve

I’ve been coming to this place for their hot plate intestines for years. Recently noticed that they charged a mandatory 15% service fee on my receipt… we were just a table of 2, and the server did not double check with me at all when I paid additional tips on top of everything. Left me feeling not great, and I’m not sure how long they’ve been adding this surcharge. Won’t be going again any time soon. This is a pretty shady business move IMO. :/

Can’t be any better! Food was perfect and the price just can’t beat. Hugely recommended. Will take my family next time. The owner is super nice and welcoming. Tip is 15% compulsory but I guess she worth it’s!

Nice little family run operation, but have to be honest that we felt from our experience that it was only okay. The food was decent, but unfortunately my pork bone soup had a slight smell of detergent-y water. The side dishes were pretty good. Service was okay overall, the lady is quiet but nice. Atmosphere is okay too, it's a little bit of a darker vibe and didn't really feel super inviting. I wanted to like it more since you can tell it's a family owned place, but considering the competition in the area I don't think we'll be coming back.

Yukhoe Bibimbap is the best in Toronto! The food is neat, and there is a table where you can enjoy a Korean barbecue, and there are many side dishes! The server is very friendly

A delicious Korean restaurant that is severely underrated! It's the most amazing Korean food I've had in Toronto! You must try Yukhoe bibimbap and Macchang Bokum! The seasoning of this stone pot bibimbap is very unique, and every bite of rice is very flavorful under the sauce. The iron plate pork intestines are even more flavorful! It's super delicious and suits my taste buds! I will definitely come back, I love it!

One of my favourite Korean restaurants so far in Toronto!! I got the seafood tofu soup and the raw beef bibimbap. Both of them were so so so good! One advice would be if you don’t mind raw beef, wait for a bit before you stir the bibimbap so that the beef doesn’t get cooked by the bowl:) their side dishes are also reallllly good! I will def revisit!
