All good, but there was surprise 12% service fee the server said goes fully to the business. We ended up tipping due to the good food/service, but will not be returning due to the service charge. Can't imagine paying 13% tax, 12% service fee and then 10- 15% tips ..almost 40% on top of already higher prices. It's like taking advantage of tax break. Hope everyones aware of this prior to visit.

We had dinner here on Thursday night and enjoyed their great service and hospitality. All was good till we reached home and that night we felt food poisoning. I vomited 4 times (every 30 min) each with multiple loads. It was our first time having a Korean grill experience and ended up to be a terrible experience. We don't know what could be the root cause. We ordered beef, chicken, salmon, sushi, veggies, kimchi, etc.

Tonight I went to this restaurant for the first time and I would definitely rate this restaurant 10/10 due the vibe, it is super chill, and the staff is really friendly. The BBQ selection is amazing, had a lot of options to choose that I don’t know where to start. The atmosphere was nice, and I loved the Christmas tree and holiday decorations when I walked in. Also the sushi was the standout from the entire experience, It was good, and had a great variety of rolls and couple option for sushi. Definitely better than most all-you-can-eat places. I would for sure go for another round at chako when I’m free again during my time.

Came here a few weeks ago. Use to come all the time with friends and my partner. It was a weekday. So we thought we would come in. The menu doesn't have way to much. It was the same as when I was coming before the pandemic. When we arrived we asked for a table for 2 and we're seated quickly. We are quite well. The style for this is you cook at the table and the wait staff will bring the raw food. Though our wait staff was friendly. We got to the end of the night to be informed that there was an mandatory dining tip. This kinda through us off because normally we would pay cash and leave a tip, but the top being about $10 extra on your bill we had no interest in tipping more.

The short ribs (with bone) were the best, along with shrimp and calamari, but everything else was kinda ‘meh’. Did chako menu shrink? Sushi might as well be removed from menu, wayyyy too much rice. Great service!

Decided to come here due to the long waitlist at their competitor, Gyubee. We visited during the weekend dinner, which cost a little more but offered more choices for sushi and meat. The sushi was decent, although not worth it since you can't order it sashimi style. I enjoyed the edamame as it seemed to have been seasoned with star anise and had a cold crunch to it. The meat quality was average, and the marinade was honestly bland. The weak grill fans led to poor ventilation, allowing cooking smoke to hit your face. Our waitress constantly refilled our waters but didn't engage in conversation otherwise. Considering the price, there are comparable AYCE restaurants offering a better experience.

If you are looking to dine in for dinner, I highly recommend coming to Chako! All the staff are very friendly. I want to give a shout out to Jolly, Suki and the rest of the workers for being so kind and welcoming each time! See you soon ❤️😊🔥
