I tried different locations of chako. But this one is outstanding.. the reason is because of staff . They always smile . Every time I go there i feel like I'm getting their positive energy. If you are hungry , tired or disappointed from daily life challenges, simply go to this location. You will get refreshed and leave there with new energy and it's all because of staff and also nice food

I recently had an incredible dining experience at the best Chako location, and I must say, it outshines the one at Midland and McNicoll by a long shot! My visit was on December 24th, 2024, at around 7 PM, and I felt compelled to share my thoughts in the early hours of Christmas Day. First off, the price was very reasonable at $48.99 per person, especially considering the quality and quantity of food offered. The atmosphere was lively and festive, enhanced by the hardworking staff who were not only friendly but also wore adorable Christmas headbands and hats, which truly added to the holiday spirit. One of the standout features of this location is the staff's ability to communicate in multiple languages, including Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, thanks to the franchise being owned by a Chinese family. This made our dining experience even more enjoyable, as we felt comfortable and understood throughout our meal. The staff was incredibly attentive, constantly refilling our water glasses and ensuring we had everything we needed. I was particularly impressed with their flexibility regarding food. We were able to send back some untouched and uneaten items without any hassle, which showed their commitment to customer satisfaction. They also provided a variety of side dishes, including delicious kimchi and radishes, which complemented our main courses perfectly. When it comes to cooking the dishes, I recommend taking your time and being cautious, especially with items like chicken, as it can be tricky to get it just right. The grill was replaced promptly, ensuring we had a great cooking experience throughout our meal. One important tip: be mindful of your appetite! The portions are generous, and you'll find yourself full in no time. If you plan on dining here, I suggest skipping either breakfast if you're going for lunch or lunch if you're going for dinner to truly enjoy the feast. Overall, this Chako location provided a fantastic experience, from the warm service to the delicious food. I would absolutely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal. Amazing service!! Came here for my birthday dinner and order from the premium menu (100% recommend). Got a birthday ice cream cake and a show!! Overall I recommend coming here! The employees and managers are always friendly!

I’ve been here a couple times and I just ate here with my parents and my boyfriend tonight for my mother’s birthday. The staff truly made my mom’s night super special. They brought adorable birthday props to our table and sang to her. The food was fresh, and the overall environment was lovely! I recommend this restaurant 100% ✨

Premium…?? The worst K-BBQ we ever been.. Steak like chewing gums- the red snapper as thin as possible- nothings that taste fresh…. NEVER go back and NOT recomended…

Very disappointed birthday dinner, rude waitress who speak Cantonese said to us the rule of their restaurant is only could change barbecue tray twice each table when we asked to change the tray second time .it’s rediculous! Then other waiter said it’s not true.they changed the tray. A kind reminder is:calculate and pay attention on your bill ,they will double charge your service fee .there is 12% already and when I used card ,5% ,10% even more charged you. And I understand why there was no other customer at dinner time only us. I made a terrible choice to be here! Never again!
