Dhwani gave us an excellent service. The food was really delicious and made us remember the taste back home. Very clean and beautiful place to hangout.

Saw this place for the 1st time and decided to order through uber. Taste was so bad.. Ordered chicken tikka roll.. On top of that for a 14 dollar wrap the sandwich is so tiny. Cant understand why customers are being fooled this way.

Visited Chaiwala for first time and love the food, ambience and customer dealing. Ms. Dhwani is amazing with customer dealing and has complete knowledge about the menu. Highly recommend visiting here and appreciate the management for putting such highly trained staff at the front.

It was a Sunday morning and I decided to treat me and family with some good breakfast and so I went to this location and I had the WORST experience ! The food quality is so poor and it so full of oil as if it was just dipped into oil and served! Why the hell you your location server this quality food and still charge a big amount for it ? Was I getting free food from your location ? I don’t deserve this for the money I paid! A humble request to the owner of this location to train your staff well and maintain the standards of the food you serve!

We found this place and decided to visit one of its location. The service was fine. Food was okay. Samosas were okay to eat. Chicken pasty ,butter chicken roll were not good at all. Their pratha was dawn prathas and they cahrged extra to put butter on it With the name chaiiwala you atleast expect them to make fresh chai to order but no its already made and you can't request them to make it without spices. Very disappointed and not worth coming back One last thing they only had one high chair so if there are more than one kid at the restaurant you have to carry them while eating...strange

Thank you Harshil and inder , you both were kind, positive, friendly and had provided best atmosphere , thanks again 😊. I love the place it's pretty and peaceful even the interior, each and every little thing is so detailed . The pink tea and karak tea is our favourite , chocolate and mango cake is really good. But personally I feel they need to improve the taste of rest of the menu . We just go there for tea and cakes. It's a nice place for having tea with friends and family.

Everything was delicious as usual. I can’t rave enough about the Pink Chaii. A special shout out to Aarohi for being awesome. She’s super friendly and that makes a huge difference when it comes to customer service.

I’ve been here a lot, it is such a great location, love the interior. Great place to grab some drinks and a light snack with your friends. The portion sizes and price point is decent. Loveeee the iced Kashmiri chai, although at times I’ve noticed it’s a tad bit too sweet. I did think the pani puri was a bit too overpriced.
