The famous london's Chaiwala Nice cozy outlet, here in Mississauga. Had their pavbhaji toasties, kebab wrap and 'world-famous' karak chai. Definitely chai was impressive and loved their toasty more than kebab wrap. Only a few tables but great spot to hangout. Service was great but it takes a while to get the food. Chai was definitely worth the words . It's pretty popular even after 10pm.

We randomly stumbled upon this location. We got hooked on their Karak Chai immediately we returned twice already within like two weeks. Great service food and clean location. You’ve won some regular customers in us. 💕

As it was Sunday yesterday I was so excited to get desi breakfast, ordered their desi breakfast platter of fresh masala omelette with paratha and daal and halwa puri platter and 2 sweet karak chai. It was absolutely an utter disappointment to me when I saw they served those store bought frozen parathas with omelette and daal and then their puris were also not fresh. Their karak chai was way too sweet that it just felt like sweet syrup. COMPLETE DISASTER OF DESI BREAKFAST!!! Atleast just mention it on your menu that it is would be frozen parathas! Customer order it with an expectation that you will make an effort of preparing a fresh in house parathas not those freaking frozen store bought parathas!! Please don’t make us waste our hard earned money for such pathetic food and service!!

I visited chaiiwala for the very first time that too around the closing. Firstly the tea was fantastic more than I was actually expecting but then, this review is mainly for their staff member(Astha) which went above and beyond even though the store was about to get closed. She took me through their menu and also suggested me about their specialty, toppings and etc! Tea was great but so was the atmosphere and the above and beyond nature by their staff!

First time visiting the place and it was very welcoming. Place has got really professional and hospitable employees. We were served by Aastha and she was able to customize the perfect tea we needed with her secret recipe and it was really good. Thanks to her. I rarely see such efficient and knowledgeable employees. Definitely gonna visit again soon. Hopefully will be a regular visit.

Loved my visit here, really enjoyed the cold brew coffee and delicious snacks including chicken roll and malai boti in naan. The desserts are also unique and scrumptious: baklava cheesecake and mango desserts. The staff are so kind and accommodating, and the restaurant is well kept, clean, and nice interior decor as usual. Definitely will visit again to try some of the other snacks and desserts. Thank you for your great service!

I love Karak Chai and have tried it from other Chaiiwala locations many times. My wife enjoys Pink chai (Kashmiri). We’ve had the best experience at this location. The chai tastes fresh, and the staff is super friendly. I also ordered some snacks. They were perfect. Not too spicy and very flavorful, great for a quick bite. Highly recommend this location.

I'm addicted to this place, my first visit was on Monday and I was given a sample of adrak and gur wali chai, I ended up ordering the Kadak 50/50. It was beyond delicious! Also bought chicken pastry, samosas and omelette pav. Omg, to die for! Service is impeccable. My only complaint, if any, is that they don't offer regular black hot coffee, they do offer oat milk n sugar-free options and even a cold brew coffee which my diabetic friend found a bit sweet. 2nd visit was Wed after 8 pm(today), I tried the dirty chai and my friend ordered the Kashmiri chai. Both were perfectly made. Also sampled the omelette wrap and veg puff - I'm not crazy about the omelette wrap, I feel like it should include onions and chillies to make it authentic. Aastha was super courteous and gave us a sample of chai latte n chicken and veg puffs to sample, I found that so incredibly sweet. The latte is too milky for my liking but tastes good, just not my preference. I will 100% return to try other things in their menu, very likely this week! Chai is my love language and this place speaks to me in every way.... Highly recommended, ambience 15/10, food 12/10, service 20/10. Astalavista baby, I'll be back!
