This is a self-serve restaurant. You order, pay and collect your prepared food over the counter. Then help yourself to hot water and condiments. Return the tray and waste at the trash counter with bins. Tipping optional. Try he signature noodle soup of homemade fishballs and pork liver is great. The snack brick toast with coconut Kaya is uniquely different and taste good.

semi self serve which is totally fine.. pork liver is tender tasty "crunchy". chili oil is spicier than anywhere else but can still be spicier. the takeout containers and utensils will drive sustainability nerds nuts.

This place has the best beef and pork liver noodles I've had, both the noodles and the pork liver are cooked just right..... crispy. Soup is hot and their home made chili sauce tastes great. Very reasonable price, $10 including tax. It's a self-serve restaurant, you put in your order at the front counter, they'll call your number to pickup your order with disposable containers and utensils. Just like McDonald's, you dispose of your stuff after you are done. The restaurant is clean, there is free seating and they encourage table sharing. The restaurant is clean.

Having been to their other location on Highway 7, I was looking forward to trying out this location. The egg noodles had a perfect springy bounce and the broth was lightly seasoned and clean tasting. We didn't get to try the pork liver but the beef and fish balls were delicious. I agree with other reviewers that the fish balls tasted thoroughly homemade and fresh. I recommend for a quick lunch if you're in the mood for homemade fast food. Like the other location, the chili oil is properly spicy! The crunchy fish skin is also worth getting.

It is the best pig liver in Toronto. Thin slices, just cook through, tender. I have been searching for this for years, and I found it today. It is just outstanding. There are many steps in order to make it right, and the chef did it well. The chilly oil gives another layer of flavor on top of it. Wow. $10 tax included for a bow of noodle with slices of beef and liver is just the best lunch.

Self service style but staff are very friendly , typical Chinese egg noodle and soup base are one of the best in Toronto. The pig liver ia very fresh and tender. The menu is very simple that they can focus on quality. Its definitely value for money👍

Chai Kee Noodle House is a hidden gem offering exceptional value without compromising on taste. The Beef and Pork Liver Rice Noodle dish is a standout, with tender beef and fresh pork liver, devoid of any unpleasant odors. The Beef and Fish Ball Rice Noodle is another must-try, bursting with flavor in every bite. The chili oil, a true standout, adds a fiery yet tantalizing dimension to every dish. Highly recommend it for chili lovers. Remarks: Need to clean up after meal yourself. No tipping pressure.

Try this for the first time on a Sunday, the atmosphere is very casual and friendly. We ordered sliced beef and pork liver ho fun, and it was amazing! The sliced beef is very tender and the pork liver was cooked just right and delicious. It's hard to find such quality food for such a good price ($10/bowl) anywhere in the city. I wish them success and will definitely come back for more!
