We tried several dishes, including chicken tikka, Amritsari kulcha, kadi pakora, and chicken lababdar, each of which exceeded our expectations. The flavors were rich and perfectly spiced, capturing the essence of Punjabi cuisine. One of the highlights was the butter tawa roti—it was so soft, buttery, and delicious that we ended up overeating because we simply couldn’t resist. It paired beautifully with every dish, especially the chicken lababdar, which was creamy and flavorful. Our server, Reena, was exceptional. She was so calm and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Her helpful suggestions made our experience even better, and her friendly approach added a personal touch to our visit. For anyone in Scarborough craving Punjabi food, Chahal Dhaba is a must-go. A restaurant within Indian vibe. Went to try amritsari kulcha chana and parantha. Parantha was very soft and tasty, the amritsari kulcha was really good, comes with raita and pickled onion on side. Both the dishes were good for the price. You can try their sweets as well, i tried it liked it not so sugary, balanced taste. Considerable option for indian food.

The staff at this restaurant are sweet and patient, taking the time to explain the menu to us. The place is nice and clean, and I was impressed to see the staff wearing hair nets while working. The goat curry was especially delicious.

We just could not wait to click pictures so some pictures would not be that good but that definitely shows how delicious their food is♥️ The price is very affordable and the quantity and quality is so much better that any other restaurants I have eaten at, the affordable prices stands out and makes all the difference! A must try❤️🎀♥️🧿 The only thing is their aloo tikki had less gravy and the aloo tikki was over cooked a little but didn’t taste bad! They should play better songs, they played sad songs😪 but I love the food I’ll be back 😀😃😄😀
