Ccokio serves some of the best Korean fried chicken I’ve had! The chicken is perfectly crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. Their sauces are bold and delicious, adding the perfect kick to every bite. The portions are generous, and the service is friendly. I’ve heard they once offered shoestring fries, and it would be great to see them make a comeback—definitely a preferable option!

Every item I've tried so far has been phenomenal. The chickens tenderness is silky as can be and the honey butter fries are the best fries I've ever had. Been recommending to everyone I know so far

I'd like to start with confirming this place is a wonderful place for Korean Fried Chicken. If you go on the weekdays and you cannot go wrong with any of their lunch specials. With that said and the reason for the low score is they have changed their fries from McDonald's like shoestrings to cheap Costco like fries. Very disappointing. I hope the shoestrings return and if they do I'll update this review.

I am so so happy we have this option in Barrie! We’ve had a craving for Korean Fried Chicken and who knew there was an option right under our noses. The chicken and fries blew our expectations out of the water!! The honey truffle fries and signature sauce chicken was perfectly fried, juicy, and generously sauced/seasoned. We are going to be repeat customers for sure.

Don’t expect to get a smile or good customer service, cause it’s clearly just about the chicken here. Nothing else. It’s a one-man shop. I missed the lunch special by a few minutes. Too bad, cause I would have tried all 3 flavours, but only went with the original crispy chicken. It was my first time trying Korean fried chicken and decided to give this place a try since this is what they specialize in. Chicken was fried fresh. Served nice and hot. It was good, but nothing to go screaming over the mountain tops about or make me wanna come back over.

I stumbled upon the Korean fried chicken at Barrie and it was much better than the chicken I used to eat in Korea. Signature hot was not too spicy and had an addictive taste, and sweet soy was delicious to eat as it is, but it was more delicious to eat after eating a piece of signature hot chicken. The half and half options of Hot and Soy are perfect. The radish pickle covers perfectly when you're feeling a little greasy. I can't waiting the way to buy chicken every Friday. 🤩

My Top 1 Fried Chicken place in Barrie! Quality of food is 10/10 Crunchy and flavorful fried chicken. Got the half and half Crispy and Sweet Soy for dinner last night, so good that we came back for lunch today to try the Signature flavor. Ordered their lunch special and serving was generous. Love their Fries (tastes like McD’s) and the pickled radish palette cleanser was refreshing. Everything was excellent 💯 Will def come back!

I tried lunch special with salad. The foods were fantastic and the portions were generous as well. The chicken was fried to perfection with the great balance of crispiness and tenderness. The sauce was authentic and had the perfect balance of spicy, sweet and tangy. I am definitely going back! Highly recommend for both local people and visitors.
