Ordered the NY steak, it came out tough and almost seemed like it was microwaved after a 40 min wait. The mashed potatoes must have came from a box and the veggies were all dried out. Was excited to try it, but left less than satisfied.

The restaurant was half full at most when we approached the host stand and we were told there was a wait list. When we asked to grab a drink at the (again) half empty bar we were told no. (?!) Once our pager buzzed we got seated promptly and the server didn’t take long to greet us. Service and food was decent. We were surprised when the bill was presented that Mastercard and Visa payments are charged 2%. Um, that’s the cost of business. I’ve never been passed on the merchant fees and never would have expected at a casino. 👎 Would not go back.

This was my second time to eat dinner here and food was as good as the first time! We love their fish and chips and I love their new menu, Chicken Souvlaki. Suman was our server and he was very nice, attentive and friendly. When he learned that it was one of our friends’ birthday, he brought out a slice of cake with a candle to celebrate it. That was so sweet of him! It was such a nice and memorable experience for us. Their prices are reasonable too. Highly recommended and we would definitely be back!

I visited first time to the casual restaurant at Woodbine casino and the experience was too good. The ambient and the lighting were very aesthetic. I must appreciate the service at there, the server (Rahul) recommended Indonesian fried rice which I and my wife loved a lot. The server was on point and I was very happy with his service.

Waited over an hour for our food! We ordered 8oz steak and salmon to dine in and a pasta to go. Server offered soup after noticing that we have not had our food yet after everyone else who arrived same time we did has finished eating. The funny part was, our dessert came in first which we denied and told the guy we have not had our mains yet. Had to get up and talked to one of the manager on the floor and advised him that we were waiting over an hour for our food! Timing, as he went to the kitchen to check, I saw our food finally being brought to our table. No follow up from the manager knowing what we've been through! We quickly ate the meal and asked for the bill and saw the dessert was on it that we never took so our server had to change and remove it. She came back with the revised bill and asked us if we wanted to speak to the manager. We came there to eat and have quality time, and not to beg for discount! As well, I already advised one of the manager the situation but didn't follow up on us. Paid $140 and left but the experience we've had was not even worth $5... Worst dining experience we've ever had! Went to Copperhorn meet house after and the service and food was phenomenal!

Had a pretty good first experience here as it wasn’t too busy. Was seated and served quite quickly as well. The waitress recommended the Fish and Chips for a quick bite and it was a hit. Prices are fair and the food is decent and you can also use your comp dollars here which is a bonus.

This was an excellent dinner. The food was excellent, I had the burger and my wife had the steak. The only down side was the time frame to bring out the food, it was alittle long but worth the wait. The environment was nice with sports games playing on all TV's. It was a nice place over all. The server was fairly new but attentive and polite. Very busy spot I highly recommend. Thank you

We had lunch at Casual and it was such a good experience. This restaurant allows one to use comp dollars earned from the casino. We had Sriracha Maple Glazed Salmon, AAA Flank Steak with Chimichurri Sauce, Fettucini Pasta, Fish and Chips - 2 pieces of Haddock fish fillet in beer batter crust with tartar sauce and fries. The salmon was cooked perfectly, opaque and flaky. The maple gave it a hint of sweetness. The supervisor even came to our table to apologize that it took too long to serve but it was worth the wait, it was delicious. The two pieces of Haddock fish fillet was also cooked perfectly with the fish moist inside the crunchy and crispy crust. The steak was well seasoned and the pasta was tasteful. The food is moderately priced, portions are just right and the atmosphere is casual but the quality and taste of the food is truly a delight that we will surely go back to this restaurant. Harsh, our server, provided excellent customer service. Update: Went back to Casual for lunch. My friend made sure to order the Sriracha Maple Glazed Salmon which was ordered by another friend last time and which she only had a little piece to try and loved it so much. I ordered the Curry Chicken served with grilled naan, raita and basmati rice. They were so flavourful and tasteful. Shirley, our server, provided excellent customer service. She was very polite, served with a smile and made sure that we have everything that we need. This place is worth recommending for the good food and reasonable price.
