Dropped in during the taste of the Kingsway for drinks , we had the garlic shrimp and the grilled calamari.the shrimp was so good we had to order more. Eduardo and his wife have put their heart and soul into this restaurant and the food and service is outstanding .Can’t wait to try the paella.

Have dinner on the last day of summerlicous. Restaurant is quiet. The owner complained much less people dine in after pandemic. We almost finished our dinner, then another group come in. Food is tasty. Lots of taps on the menu. Will come next time to try the tapas.

The food is decent. The octopus cooked to perfection, not mushy, not chewy, just right texture with mild seasoning The ox tail is of large portion with rich flavor I do appreciate the mini size paella. My least favorite is the "pizza" The menu is quite traditional, not contemporary. The decor needs a refresh badly The price point is on the high end in relation to the overall value

Very cozy family-run restaurant. I’m from Europe and I was surprised to find this place as it really reminded me of my time in Barcelona. Food tasted really good and their combo menus were well balanced and filling. And I loved their sangria! I went there for my Valentine’s dinner and it was a great choice!! The owners create a very friendly atmosphere and give you explanations about the food and the way the sauces are made and the history of their restaurant. Totally recommended!! I will come back for sure!!

Amazing food and very good portions. The owner was really nice, was our first time there so he explained us how to order. My favourite dish was the seafood paella, simply DELICIOUS!! Great food and great service, I’d totally recommend this place!

Myself and a few friends went back here after 20 years reliving a bit of nostalgia. We were greeted promptly and our coats were taken and hung up by the young lady greeting us. We really enjoyed the home atmosphere and indulged in a winterlicious meal. We chose from 3 dinner options and really enjoyed the meal from start to finish. The sangria was delicious! They were short staffed still feeling the effects of COVID but did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and the time given us to eat in between courses was perfect. Didn't feel rushed to eat fast and get out. The owner made time to come to our table and tell us a couple of stories. Still loved this place even after so long.

Let’s start with the positive. Ingredients were fresh and the wine was fine. The dishes tasted good but not great for what we paid. $60 paella per person should be in the $30-40 range imho. Tapas are unnecessarily pricey, the sardines are way too big to be “tapas”, aka small savoury dishes, snacks or appetisers of Spanish cuisine.

Truly wonderful little family owned restaurant which is so special - fantastic food and excellent service. The owner and his family were so gracious and sweet - ask him for his cooking tips! We will definitely return.
