Caribbean Authentic Restaurant

There's a "Jamaican restaurant" or so-called "Jamaican food" for this organization. I went there because I saw the Jamaica national colours and Jamaica food signs. Upon entering, I did have thoughts of existing (which I should), but I saw another Caribbean person waiting on their order, and he said the food was ok. I realized that some Jamaican female was in the back cocking. I had oxtail with curried goat mixed. The Food was ok but you could taste the Indian spice and seasoning in it. I had this meal for dinner and after going to bed. I was waking by the rambling of my stomach about 1 am and I was on and off the toilet until 10 am. I know it's the curry that gives diarrhoea, but I don't know if it's the Indian curry or if they continued reheating after reheating it twice. But I say all this: there are a lot of individuals impersonating the culture here in Canada, and what you get is not authentic Jamaican food.

We were craving for some jerk chicken and Google led us to this nice Caribbean restaurant! It is a “little gem” in Mississauga! Jerk chicken has big portions, packed with flavors and chicken is moist! The owners, workers are all friendly! I ended up ordering more to take home!! Will be back soon! I will tell all my friends about it, so more people can enjoy!

We stopped for a quick lunch, we had oxtail and chicken combo. The food was so tasty packed with flavours, the meat tasted fresh and good quality. Even the slaw was super fresh and refreshing. Rice and the beans were perfectly soaked up with the meat sauce, every bite was a satisfactory. The portion was big two of us felt full after sharing it. The owner is very friendly and nice. Will return again soon !

I recently discovered this little gem, Caribbean Authentic Restaurant. Their chicken Roti is flavourful and tender. The dhalpuri is soft and tasty. It was one of the best I've ever had. I will definitely be back!!!

We were here for a couple of beef patties to go and they were not my favourite. They are not crisp as in other places, they are soggy. The flavour was okay and the pineapple soda was very refreshing!

Got the curry chicken roti, with a drink and also bought a bottle of their house hot sauce, came to 24$, the food was awesome, very flavourful, good portion size. Staff at the front were very friendly. Looking forward to coming back again trying their other dishes.

Randomly happened to pass by the place and decided to give it a try. I got the jerk chicken dinner and The jerk chicken was delicious! They also offer a hot sauce - which is habanero based. This hot sauce definitely made things extra spicy. The price is great considering today’s climate. If I am ever in that area again, I will definitely pass by this place.

Went here for lunch with my coworker and it was a pretty small shop but their service was very helpful and fast. The time that we went in their machine was down so we couldn’t pay with card but the owner was very kind and patient. The food was amazing and for the price that we paid the portions were pretty big. We were both completely satisfied with our food and are definitely coming back!
