I bought the Jerk Chicken meal with rice and peas and coleslaw. I got some oxtail gravy on my rice and peas, and I also bought a spicy beef patty. The food was so delicious that I still keep thinking about it days later. The chicken was tender and juicy with a nice kick to it. The rice, combined especially with the oxtail gravy and the creamy coleslaw, was a flavour explosion in my mouth. The patty was extremely tasty and reminded me of Michidean patties, which, in my opinion, are the best type of patties around. Finally, the portions were a good size. With everything combined, I was able to have two meals and a snack out of it. For the price, that is a very good deal considering their pricing is on par with (or better than) a lot of other Caribbean restaurants, but their portion sizes are bigger.

First time trying out this place and loved all the food. Had the jerk chicken, goat curry, rice and peas, coleslaw. All items were delicious. Definitely will be coming back again. Also, the staff were very friendly. :)

First time going today. Went with my family and the staff were amazing and so friendly. They were very helpful considering it was our first time letting us sample a few things to try. I’m not a vegetarian but wow that Turmeric Coconut curry stew(I think was the name) was delicious, I highly recommend for anyone wanting to try something new. Jerk chicken was amazing and the beef patties were the best I’ve had. The portions of everything are WELL worth the price and there are so many options to choose from, I guarantee there’s something for everyone. Definitely coming back to try a few more things on the menu!!!

From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed. Extremely pleasant staff..we sampled a few items and were wowed with the amazing flavor. Such affordable prices and large portions. And their beef patties are the best I have had. Such a great experience!! We will be back!!

I was hesitant on sharing this review because the owner is incredibly nice - when the restaurant first opened, the owner made every person feel welcomed. Further, I know how these reviews can impact small businesses. The Positives: Their festivals are the best by far. Super fresh. Their vegetarians stews are also incredible! A must try The Negatives: I find their food extremely inconsistent. Their curry chicken tastes like boiled chicken. The curry isn’t a gravy but rather, it’s very watery. Again it’s almost like they’re boiling their chicken in curry water. My husband got their fried fish once with escovitch. My husband who is Jamaican, has never had escovitch with ketchup/a red sauce (where the fish is drowning in it). Quite odd and a bit disappointing. Even if you google “escovitch” and look in images, the fish is never drowning in sauce. Also, the fish was fried to a crispness of a chip. It was barely edible. He just ended up ordering fish from somewhere else. I really hope I can change this review to 5 stars later. Again I really like the owner but I do think the food quality on certain items to tighten up.

Me and my sisters went to this Caribbean restaurant for the first time and I must say 10 out of 10 experience!! We asked if he could make a shrimp quesadilla and an oxtail quesadilla and even though it was on a menu he made it happen and was quite intrigued. It tasted amazing. We are definitely coming back!! ☝🏾

Ordered takeout from here as wanted to try this new restaurant. The owner Devon was super friendly. Ordered the curry chicken roti (hot) , jerk chicken (hot) and curry chicken (hot). Online it does, mild, medium, hot so I Ordered hot. I was disappointed that it came very mild. When you think of carribean food you think if exotic flavours and a certain spice level. I think the food is cooked mild so you need to ask for hot sauce on the side. The curry chicken roti was good. The curry chicken on its own was good as well. The chicken was a slight but pink on the inside. I think it needed a few more minutes. I would have preferred more gravy as well. . The jerk chicken was very good. Full of flavour and this did have a nice kick to it. The prices were good I might add. Overall good food but not that wow factor I was looking for. However I will try them again. They only recently opened so hopefully over time and other feedback they will get better.
