Cappadocia Cafe & Bakery

We ordered the mixed Turkish platter, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The bread and bagels were served cold, and there weren’t enough spoons for all the bowls, so we had to use our tea spoon to eat the rest. The dishes were not clean, and the tea flask had visible tea stains all over it. On top of that, no one came to check on us or ask if we needed anything. Overall, the service and attention to detail were lacking.

I had a good time and attentive service! The decor is beautiful and created such a nice atmosphere. The desserts were definitely the highlight for me – we had both the baklava and tiramisu, and both were incredibly fresh with the perfect level of sweetness. I also tried the iced americano and cappuccino. The iced americano was a bit strong for my taste, but my companion enjoyed it. On the other hand, I absolutely loved the cappuccino, which was so good, especially considering I don’t usually drink cappuccinos. I also tried the mantı, like a Turkish ravioli. While it was an interesting new dish for me, the yogurt or sour cream was a bit too much and overpowering, and it felt like it dominated the flavor of the dish. Globs at the bottom and top of the dish. I’d like to give it another try with less yogurt or so. Despite that, it was a fun introduction to Turkish cuisine, and I’m looking forward to going back to explore more of the menu!

Came in on a Wednesday evening and had a chance and enjoy Turkish tea and a slice of baklava cake. The texture was just right, wasn’t overly sweet. Amazing temperature on the Turkish tea. Good ambience and wasn’t swamped with people. Server welcomed me and the cake and tea came promptly after I had ordered. No issues overall, great food service and atmosphere would absolutely recommend and looking forward to come back and trying other choices on the menu. Also convenient as menu is online.

Amazing cafe with most items made in house! We tried it for coffee and dessert one night and came back the very next day for lunch! Desserts and breads are excellent. The Cheese cake is so creamy and perfectly sweetened. Next time, Turkish breakfast!

Cappadocia Cafe is a delightful spot in Vaughan with delicious Baklava, tea, Turkish coffee, Lahmacun, and lentil soup. It's one of the best places to visit in the evening with your partner, friends, or family, open until midnight for your convenience. 👍 The spacious interior features big tables and comfortable chairs, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The cafe offers a wide variety of Turkish sweets and even has a small market where you can buy fresh bread and other Turkish items. Highly recommended for an enjoyable and authentic experience.🌸

Cozy place with Variety of food options and dessert. Cakes are available if celebrating any occasion so no need to bring your Ordered creamy chicken thyme and it was good but the salad needs dressing The potato appetizer was yummy! Service was little slow but maybe because I went on a weekday and there was only one staff available that day

I had a wonderful experience at this place! The ambiance was beautiful, and the food surpassed my expectations. While we encountered the inconvenience of some menu items being sold out, the staff graciously offered fantastic alternatives. The special Turkish offering was truly special, and the desserts were fantastic. My advice for weekend visits: call ahead to check the menu availability.
