Your food is amazing but your customer service sucks. Best spring rolls ever, I’ll miss them but let’s be honest you guys didn’t even care. My wife and I have ordered from here for years, absolutely loved this place. Tonight we placed an order. One of the meals was the mushrooms and beef. My wife asked for only mushrooms and beef. When we got the order it was only mushrooms and beef, but half an order yet we were charged full price. I fully get that extra beef would be extra money and happy to pay that but you guys said nothing and thought it’s ok to charge full price for half the food. We called and complained and instead of offering a solution we were told that’s how it is and wont do anything about it. So I returned all the food. As I’m returning it the owner and two other people don’t say a single word of English to me, just talking in Chinese to each other. Again another opportunity to make this correct and they can’t even be bothered to say a single word of English to me, just a lot of talk in Chinese very clearly about me. You guys lost a very loyal customer today.

This is the best Chinese in Welland dare I say Niagara. The staff are always wonderful and the food is piping hot even after a 20 minute drive home. Highly recommend Canton House.

The Canton house is our go-to spot. We picked up our family fav tonight- dinner for 3 sub beef with veg for black pepper chicken and an order of Singapore noodle. Mrs. And I got to talking while I was waiting for my order and she said they've been open 40 years now and won the award for best Chinese food this summer. She did say that some nights are quite slow and it's thanks to the regulars for keeping them steady most weekends. They used to have a great buffet but due to too much food waste, they had to stop and after covid, are takeout only now. The food is awesome consistently. We've been eating here since before I was born. (Mom craved the egg rolls I've been told) I don't think they offer delivery, I always pickup. Worth the drive. Kind people fantastic food💜

Been coming here for 22 years. Different owners over the years, and some changes to the menu. Sad there's no more buffet, but I get it, rising costs and all.... I always get the Black Pepper Chicken. You can't get it anywhere else. Great Lemon Chicken, really rich lemon flavor. And The Fried Rice and Wonton is great too.
